Your ocean view lanai (balcony) is ready for you to dine, read, rest and enjoy sunsets.

Complete renovation of Pool Deck Area Completed in November of 2021!

Living room offers wonderful seating to view the ocean and pool area.

In condo (living room) table and chairs perfect for a desk area.

King bed in one bedroom and Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom, both bedrooms have plenty of storage.

Kona Reef has an open floor plan to take in ocean views from the living room and kitchen.

Your full-sized kitchen offers all appliances and cooking/serving items needed for a quick meal/snack or sit-down chef style meal.

Two full bathrooms, one with an elegant walk-in shower and second full bath with shower/tub combination.

Air Conditioning in the living room & both bedrooms to help chill your nights or days!

Kona Reef is within 1/4 mile of town and offers one- or two-bedroom condominiums.

Beautiful location right on the ocean. Excellent service throughout the stay. Comfortable bedrooms, living room, and lanai. Spent many days watching boogie boarders, surfers, and sunsets from the lanai. I highly recommend this condo for people who enjoy relaxing and having a good time with family and friends.

Perfect condo in Kona! Gorgeous view, nice pool, comfortable beds, easy walk to shops and restaurants, and well-stocked with beach/snorkeling gear. The only issue with kitchen was no chef knives for chopping and cooking, only steak knives. The condo also had box fans in each bedroom closet, as we had asked management before and they said they didn’t. Just wish we had known so we didn’t pack a fan! There was even a shower stool in the closet! Pretty much everything you could need. Management was very attentive to our needs, as we had our fedEx delivery waiting on us and they had our clogged bathroom sink fixed within a few hours! We will definitely stay here again! Excellent Condo - Excellent Location

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is one of the best we've stayed at in Hawaii. If you’re looking for a very comfortable condo with a spacious lanai right on the oceanfront, this is the place! The well-equipped kitchen was perfect for the days we wanted to stay in and cook, and the washer and dryer came in handy for keeping up with laundry during our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

Nice condo with a view of the ocean!

This is a good stay near the center of Kailua. The condo is spacious and has a great view of the ocean (and surfers!). Everything was clean and well-organized. Check-in was good, parking is easy, overall a great home base.

Favorite Place

We love Kona Reef!! The location is perfect, makes walking to town a breeze. We have visited Kona 5 times now and have stayed here every time. We have never had any problems, condos have had everything that we needed including the necessities for the beach days. Also, you will have the best sunsets right off your lanai Pretty sure we will stay here on our next trip....definitely recommend!!!

Kona Reef

We enjoyed our stay here, the property was accurately described and clean and comfortable. The walk into Kailua was about 10 mins so it's very convenient for restaurants/bars etc. Our only negative is that a 4pm check in is quite late, when we have stayed at other properties they have usually been between 2 and 3p.m.

Relaxing Time

We loved this unit, perfect location with an easy walk to restaurants. We also loved sitting on the lanai and watching the surfers and sunsets.

A slice of heaven

Great property in the perfect location. The views from the balcony were incredible. We sat outside watching the waves and surfers for hours. The pool was an added bonus and pool chairs were always available. It is a short walk to many restaurants, ABC store and coffee shop. Our Luau was only a 5 minute walk away from the condo. The unit is nicely equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic view and sunsets

Over all, really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen equipment could be upgraded. Pots and pans just adequate. Blender and meat thermometer didn’t work. Blender turns and seems like it should work, but didn’t crunch up ice or even a banana for a smoothie.Brought my own knives so can’t comment on that. Very little food storage area other than fridge. Grills very slow to heat up and then pretty weak. Would not be able to sear meat like steak or tuna. Well equipped otherwise. Nice furnishings, beds etc. more wine glasses that match. Nice dishes.

Great ocean-from location and condo.

The condo was great and the views were amazing. The neighborhood was a little disappointing. The pool area should be better monitored for outsiders/teenagers & young adults (non-guests) who jumped over the fence to swim in the pool. This happened nearly every day of our stay.

Spectacular Ocean View

If you want to view the ocean waves and palm trees swaying, and hear the ocean waves day and night then this is the place to stay! We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The location was perfect and it was nice to have underground parking for the hot summer days. The only downside to our stay was the notice to strip the sheets and wash the bed linens, along with the towels prior to departure. So, we had to do two loads before leaving, and when you are trying to pack and get out before 10am it caused some stress on our last morning in our otherwise perfect stay. When we were already paying a high amount for cleaning fee, I felt this was unexpected and unusual.

Beautiful view, right on the water

The condo is as described. The view is fabulous, loved watching it from the lounge chairs. The bedrooms are nice, master with bath is large. Various things like beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. Super convenient location into Kailua-Kona, yet quiet. Lovely welcome gift waiting of coffee and chocolate! Only suggestion: It would be nice to have basic condiments such as salt/pepper available and enough sugar packets for first morning. We will definitely go here again.

Two Thumbs Up

Lovely condo in a great location. Walk to a small beach next door or walk to a great Mai Tai Bar just down the street. The condo is well equipped with plenty of towels, everything in the kitchen as well as beach mats and chairs, snorkel equipment and cooler. Check in was easy and parking is very convenient in a covered garage. Would definitely stay again.
