Sea-batical enjoys front row views and easy beach access in a wonderful two-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with 2 beach front decks and 2 sunset decks. There is a lower-level deck off the main floor and upper-level decks off of the two bedrooms. King beds in both bedrooms plus non-sleeper sofa can sleep 5th guest Open concept first level contains living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a 4th bay view deck showcasing beautiful sunsets. Private walkover onto beach.

Located along middle beach, the salt grass dune is wide enough to provide separation from the beach yet low enough to not block your amazing ocean views.

The location is the best thing about this condo. The property is very rundown really needs improvements I’m areas. They have dumped a huge pile of sand in the driveway you could get stuck if you were in a car I don’t really understand why they did that and not gravel. The view was great and easy access to the beach.

Excellent location, super easy beach access from private walkover and beautiful ocean views...all at a great price for front row! No sand pile here, just a mound that was raked down over a layer of gravel.

We stayed the weekend when my cousin visited from Arkansas. Communication was amazing! Matt’s condo was the perfect place right on the beach. Within driving distance to many restaurants night entertainment!

Great beach access!

It’s great being able to walk out the back door strait to the beach. The Nathan’s landing is great for drinking coffee in the morning.

A delight

Staying at this property is always a delight. Easy to get in touch with contact if needed, great location and clean property. Parking is easy and walkway to the beach is clutch. Will definitely be back again!

The condo was amazing, it was everything we hoped it to be. The location was perfect, a few steps away from the sand. Everything was clean and well decorated. Communication with the host Matt was great, he replied very quickly and answered each, and every question that I had. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and cookware. We enjoyed every aspect of our 30 day stay. We will definitely stay at this location, next time we visit.

Great little weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for a nice little weekend getaway at the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was right on the beach so we could walk back and forth to the beach as needed. We had a great time and can't wait to come back!
