The Friendly Native condos truly are St Pete’s best kept secret! Nested on Sunset Way, you are far enough off Gulf Blvd to escape the bustle yet still within close walking distance to absolutely everything. Merely a parking lot separates you and world-renowned Upham Beach with it’s brown sugar sands. From shops, restaurants, and beach volleyball to sunset beachfront walks and quaint beach bars, you will love this Jimmy Buffet-style neighborhood. The condo itself is a one bedroom/ one bath, corner unit which is full-equipped and offers easy access to pool and beach. You’ll appreciate the upgraded appliances, TV, and comfortable seating areas not to mention the private balcony for sipping morning coffee. A luxurious, queen bed makes for restful nights while the condo also offers plenty of drawers and hanging spaces for your belongings. With a light and open concept floor plan, you'll be able to enjoy the Florida Sunshine as it streams in through your windows. What’s more, the decor is lovely and features coastal hues throughout which sets the stage perfectly for your best beach vacation yet!

It’s time to live the beach life! Your beach condo is located just a short walk from renowned St. Pete Beach's strand on the Gulf of Mexico. Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and heralded for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach makes for an ideal vacation getaway. Only blocks away are boat rentals, para-sailing, stand up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks and almost any watersport imaginable.

Recommended local dining includes Jimmy B’s Beach Bar and Bistro which features free sunset shooters and live music - every night. Also try Buoy’s waterfront dining, 1200 Chop House, or Solo Bistro. All are accessible on foot or by bike.

My husband, Josh, and I live beachside, know the local market, and have our own money invested in local real estate - because we believe in this area! Overtime, we have also seen the gap in quality real estate services and commit to doing better. We have our hands in every transaction and aren’t afraid to get them dirty, literally. You might find us pulling weeds or mowing lawns or helping the cleaning crew - whatever is needed in the moment to support our team.
