Home was exactly as pictured. Quiet Area. Nice Pool, perfect walking distance to the beach. Five Star rental as a management company knocked it out of the park. Super attentive, pre-texts, during the stay check-ins, and post texts. Can’t ask for any more of a host and property management. Definitely will be back!

This property is big enough for more than 15 people, very close to the beach. We definitely going back to this property, we loved it!

Great vacation home for big family

Location is very good, right by the beach, managed well, fits a big family , very spacious and kitchen is well equipped. Loved walking to the beach across the road

Great location

We came for the Moon Crush music festival and the property is easy walking distance to the venue. The property was beautifully decorated and spacious. Across the street to private beach access was icing on the cake!

Great location right across from beach access. House was perfect! No PlayStation as listed but other than just as expected.

The house was great! We had a fantastic time. Just a few suggestions to help future guests: needs a water hose by the front door since the water doesn’t work over at the beach access, an air fryer, a pod coffee maker, cheap options of either can be purchased for 20-25, kitchen sink leaks underneath, (We kept a bowl underneath), and the dryer vent hose is filled with sand so the dryer vent won’t close correctly. That’s a small price to pay to live near the beach, but definitely needs attention. We also paid 200 to park our 3rd car elsewhere bc we were told there were no other places to park on the property, but there are 6 empty spots in the back that remained empty all week. Would have been nice to know we had that option! Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to stay! Loved the many towels, washcloths provided, great set of dishes/ cookware, just a really nice place. Would love to stay here again!

10 reasons to book here: 10. Close to Winn Dixie and a few restaurants 9. The complex has a pool 8. The kitchen was the most well equipped VRBO kitchen ever 7. The living/eating/ entertaining area is great for a large group w/ plenty of seating 6. Super clean AND they left us a charcuterie box! 5. Plenty of bathrooms 4. Beach chair service available and the condo comes with 1 umbrella + 2 chairs 3. The Beach is not crowded for us bc it is a private beach- it was very family friendly and chill 2. The condo is right across the street from the beach access gate…. 1. The beach is SO CLOSE and beautiful! It is honestly closer to the beach than if you were staying on the beach in a high-rise!
