Consists of 3 Bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, a high-end designed living room with deluxe aesthetics, an open plan kitchen and dining area with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, water heater, coffee machine, a dishwasher and equipped with all utensils. There's also a private back yard with outdoor BBQ facilities and a private pool and a private parking within the property.
Capable of hosting up 7 people. Ideal for Families or big groups of friends that want to enjoy a private sanctuary.

Luxury Villa Chrisi is located in Svoronata village.
Svoronata is a small beautiful village on the southern side of Kefalonia. Only 9 km from Argostoli, the capital of the island, Svoronata is also the closest village to the airport of Kefalonia. A village with interesting samples of local architecture, Svoronata is found close to lovely beaches, including Ai-Helis, Avithos, Ammes, Platis Gialos and Makris Gialos. All these beaches have crystal water and soft sand. The surrounding region is lush green and well-developed in tourism, with hotels, studios and seaside tavernas.
If you would like to explore the area of Svoronata, it is worth visiting Lord Byron’s rock in Lakithra. It is a place where Lord Byron used to go to seek inspiration for his poems because of the peaceful scenery and the spectacular view of the Ionian Sea and Zakynthos.
In the neighbouring village of Ntomata, there is a small chapel with an impressive entrance and golden temple. Patriarch Gregory the fifth is buried there. In the church of Svoronata, which is the biggest on the island, you can admire beautiful frescoes on the walls.
