Adorable cottage central to everything

Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet close enough to get to attractions in minutes (approx 1.5 Miles to the Historic District). This area does not have provisions for biking or walking. It is centrally located and a short drive to downtown and the beaches. The private bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed. The property includes a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Come see the sights, then retreat to your private cottage. To protect guests with allergies, we do not allow pets. Check out additional reviews for our other listing #1462652

We live out-of-state; but will be building in St. Augustine early next year. Therefore we will be making numerous trips and will definitely be staying here again. Ali and Mel left a generous amount of homemade chocolate chip cookies, a basket of snacks (all were expired though), but their cookies and complimentary AliBees honey was exceptional. Their home is cozy, inviting, and very clean. They provide a very well detailed notebook with helpful information about restaurant recommendations and a variety of historical sites to visit in this fascinating, and oldest city in America.

This is the coziest little spot. Not too far from downtown or the beach, and perfectly tucked away and quiet. The hosts were fantastic. Couldn't really ask for anything better! PS: Buy their honey, it's amazing. We meant to, but ran out of time when packing to head out.

Top 10! Our hosts went over and above to provide everything we could possibly need during our stay. The bungalow is squeaky clean, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. A very thorough binder was there that gave a lot of information about the area and restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Well worth the visit!

Our hostesses were phenomenal! We were welcomed w/a plate of homemade cookies, honey, and wonderful recommendations in a binder. The place was clean and homey. Conveniently less than 10 minutes from the historic downtown St. Augustine area, too! It was perfect for my husband and me. We will definitely stay again on our next visit!
