A comfortable and quiet spot with flowerful yards. Spend your summer here for a change of pace and perspective. *By local Traverse City ordinance, only 30 day rentals are allowed in residentially zoned homes.

Excellent downtown location that's simple, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to The Parlor, Oryana, the TART Trails Boardman Loop, 10 minute walk to Front Street and the beach. And when home, relax in your cool air conditioning or sit out on the backyard patio to enjoy the flowers and birds (and the sounds of the neighbor's chickens!).

Ideal for those wanting to stay in the downtown area at a reasonable rate. Yes, it's an older place but it's clean, safe, and comfortable...and in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood.
