Great place to stay while visiting my sister and her kids

The pool was beautifully clean and relaxing to cool off in. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable…although pretty high up, so I had to “jump” to get on it. If we travel again to visit My sister and her family we will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Stay

Clean, comfortable and easy! Our family had a wonderful time here while visiting family and a day at Disney. Under an hour to Disney properties, 10min to Lake Minneola, and the pool was perfect for our kids. Would stay here again next time we visit.

Great place to stay in Minneola!

Great place to call home while here for 3 weeks. Close to everything and the pool is a great bonus! Enjoyed our stay here and would do do again.

Great location for softball at the NTC fields!

My wife and I stayed at this location in order to attend our daughter's college softball games at the NTC complex on Legend's Way in Clermont. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house was well-marked and easy to find. The key code we were provided worked and we got in right away. The house was as advertised, nice and open with the master bedroom / bathroom, kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room and additional bathroom on the main level. There was a nice deck off of the back of the house with access from both the master bedroom and the kitchen. The pool was much bigger than expected and was nice for us to cool off in during downtime. The downstairs level was also very large with a family room, two more bedrooms, and a bathroom. All in all we had a great time while in Orlando. Things we liked best about the house: 1) Plenty of room. We only had two people this time, but you can comfortably house 4 - 6 people. 2) Great location...particularly if you're going to be in the Clermont area. If you're going to Disney it's a little bit of a hike. 3) Owner was super responsive / helpful. When we got to the house we could not find instructions to get access to the WiFi. I messaged the owner on the VRBO app and he responded to me with the information within 5 minutes. Things that could be improved: 1) Needs more silverware / kitchen utensils. 2) Spectrum TV services was spotty (kept buffering). Also, get the pool heat turned on if you are going in March.

Gute Lage

Die Lage des Hauses war super. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Orlando, Tampa und Daytona Beach gemacht. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war gut aber um den Pool herum und unter dem Dach vor dem Pool war es schmutzig. Besteck hat es für 4 Personen zu wenig. Im Aussenbereich hat es nur zwei Liegestühle und der Sitzbank ist sehr billig. Schade dass es kein Dach für Schatten auf der Terrasse hatte. Die Beleuchtung konnte man auch nicht einschalten. In der Beschreibung stand nichts dass man für Poolheizung separat zahlen muss aber schlussendlich brauchten wir wegen den warmen Temparaturen keine Heizung. Für den Check-in war niemand anwesend man bekam einfach den Schlosscode, dies ist natürlich einfach aber man bekam so auch keine Erklärung und musste alles selber nachlesen.
