Enjoy all downtown Pensacola has to offer in this stylish 2 BR, 2.5 BA Vacation Home! Perfect for families or couples. Comfortable, open floorplan with beautiful interior touches & furnishings. With all the essential comforts combined and easy access to shopping/dining, as well as close proximity to Florida's best beaches & outdoor adventures, this Pensacola home promises an ideal Florida gateway for friends and family, no matter the season

The house is self check in. Please reach out to us if you need anything before or during your stay. We truly want your stay in Pensacola to be perfect!

This lovely home is located ½ mile from the heart of downtown and only 9 miles from Pensacola Beach. If you want to enjoy Perdido Beach during your stay, it is 15 miles away. Additionally, there are other Florida Sites with historic forts, shaded picnic areas, trails, and campgrounds. The neighborhood is up and coming, with older historic homes and brand new homes

You will have access to the entire home.

The Garden District Cottage is centrally located to everything great in Pensacola! Plenty of room for your cars (driveway fits two cars perfectly) with your private driveway. Uber and Lyft services are also readily available. Downtown Pensacola has electric scooters to ride from place to place downtown.

Nice location

Location is great for walking downtown, about 20 minutes. Several coffee shops and restaurants less than 10 minute walk. Sitting on the porch hearing the church bells ring was nice in the morning. Would return if in the area.

Clean, tidy, comfortable

Very clean (#1 requirement in my book). Just a few blocks from downtown, restaurants and the baseball stadium. Easy access and communication with owner. Will definitely stay again.

Nice clean home

Very nice clean home at a good price. This home is very good for children and is child friendly. One pro/con depending on your preference is that the bed is a super firm memory foam mattress so if you like that kind of mattress then great! AC works great which is important for Florida!

Convenient Location and Well-Stocked House

This house was perfect for the two of us. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and within minutes of downtown Pensacola and beaches. The house was well-equipped with many extra and thoughtful amenities. The backyard was private and we enjoyed sitting around the gas fireplace. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Perfect home for small family!

Traveling with a toddler is stressful, but this home had a pack n play, high chair, beach toys etc which eliminated items I had to pack in the car! The house was very clean and the owner was quick to respond if I had any questions, she even reached out to see how our first night was. If we were to come back to Pensacola we would definitely stay here again!

Modern and clean!

Easy communication with owner and fast response! Facilitated our request of early check-in, and house was clean and well stocked. Location is easy for everything downtown Pensacola in the beach, super nice backyard for hanging out. Thanks to the owner!

Family fun for all

Property was cute and clean. Back yard patio was very cozy too. They thought of everything inside including salt and pepper and toys for kids to play! Neighborhood is close to main street. Will definitely return. My only suggestion is to include a TV in the primary bedroom.

Super clean and cute!

Perfect little getaway! Even the C st. location worked out fantastic, as We were visiting family that live on W Gregory! All the added amenities were very thoughtful and appreciated, from snacks, water, a first kit and it even had a Portocrib and a in seat high chair for our little one. Bedrooms are upstairs, and there's a cute little balcony to sit on. Also a nice fenced in backyard! Lauren was super sweet and willing to help. Communication was great and checking in was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving trip

What a great little house. Other than the staircase that goes on forever, we’ve got nothing but good things to say about this house. Since we were driving down and arrival wasn’t in stone, management allowed us to check in a little bit early. The house was spotless, and exactly as the pictures showed. We come down to visit with family, so don’t spend a ton of time at the house, but the house was perfect for just the two of us and the time we did spend there. Lauren is fantastic to work with, and we plan to rent this place again next year.
