You can Enjoy the Back Yard, Fire pit and the Outdoor Kitchen, guest is responsible for wood, gas and charcoal, we do not allow parties and quite time after 9 pm.
Guest is responsible for cleaning grill, wood oven and removal of trash if they use the patio and extra $100 fee will apply if not clean.
-Patio is allowed only for register guests any extra person in patio must be reported to host and a $20 fee will apply per person
-There is a Bathroom outside for extra visitor to use, we only allowed registered guests inside the house

Great communication with the host. The place is amazing, wish we would had more time to utilize the outdoor kitchen. We stayed here to go to the Bucs game and it was about a 20 minute walk to the stadium. We would for sure stay here again.

Simply Perfect

The host always responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The home was better than the photos. Spotless inside and out. The back yard is an amazing oasis. Only a 20 minute walk to the stadium. Restaurants are also in walking distance. It was just my husband and I, but this home is perfect for a larger group or family. Plenty of space to spread out. Definitely on my repeat list when we are back in town.

Amazing Stay

This place was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed being in the backyard, the only downfall was the mosquitoes in the back. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Area was so convenient to find places. I had to go to the convention center for an event and the ride wasn't far at all. When we checked out, we didn't realize that we left a macbook. The host wrote to us immediately and made it so easy for us to retrieve it back.

Spring Training Getaway

We stayed in this house during our recent visit to Tampa to attend Yankees Spring Training. It was everything we could have wished for. The house is clean and well equipped. But the greatest thing about this place was the outdoor space. It has an enormous backyard with a firepit, outdoor kitchen, lots of chairs and beautiful trees. It was a little farther from Steinbrenner Field than we expected, but we were still able to walk there (about 35 minutes each way). It's an easy drive to anywhere you want to go in Tampa.The house was much bigger than we needed for two people and could easily have fit a larger group. The neighborhood was generally quiet with a some traffic noise at night, which did not keep us awake.We would recommend this house to anyone visiting Tampa, especially if they want to be close to the stadiums.

Great Vacation Home

Loved this house. Host quickly replied to questions. Neighborhood was easy to navigate to Steinbrenner stadium and great place for daily exercise walks. Within walking distance to local grocery, restaurants, bakery and park. Easy access to airport as well as Tampa attractions like the Riverwalk and aquarium.Backyard is a great place to relax. We cooked on BBQ several times during our 10 day stay and used the fire pit on chilly nights. Will definitely book again when in Tampa.

Great getaway

We had a large group of adults visiting for a football game. The house was light, bright, just as described, & clean and comfortable for all. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the backyard space was peaceful and relaxing any time of the day or night! The driveway can probably only fit 3 standard vehicles (4 small) max, so take that into consideration as there is no street parking. The host was always quick to respond & very accommodating! Highly recommend it & will definitely be back!

As Promised

I use to live in Tampa and one of the reasons I picked it was its Easy acess to everything. The owners were very reponsive. I found it to be clean and very Quiet!!! I give it an overall A rating! I will come back!!!

Very nice place!

We stayed with our three girls and the space was more than adequate. Clean. Nice location. Easy check in and check out process. Stayed there so we could visit Busch gardens and spend some time in Tampa. Backyard is beautiful. Would recommend and stay again when we visit Tampa.

Nice Tampa stay

This property was super amazing to stay at with the big back yard feature that we spent ample time in while we were in for the night. It was nice to have a bed for all of our guests, fast wifi, great location yet quiet neighborhood with the exception of 1 neighbor (did not impact our stay at all)! The owner brought by a broom which helped us to keep the sand and dirt inside to a minimum! Overall would definitely stay here again and it was a great first place to stay in Tampa!
