This Courtside Villa offers a unique location that allows guests to get the most out of their stay in Hilton Head Island. Only 5 minutes away from the beach, this townhome is close to restaurants, golf courses, tennis, pools, and the Lowcountry Celebration Park. The villa is spacious on the second floor, welcoming natural light and breathtaking views of palm trees and nature. Relax on the private balcony with a sitting area to experience the southern breeze. Step down the balcony’s spiral staircase to visit one of the two available pools. Furnished with modern amenities, this charming space allows for an unforgettable stay. Features include two en suite bedrooms with custom closets, a half bath, a sparkling kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
This Courtside Villa is a two-level end unit townhome and must be entered from the second level. Please note that there are stairs and no elevator.
During your stay, you will have private access to the entire villa and ample on-premises parking, with owner-provided parking passes.
Enjoy easy access to two community pools and a free ride on the HHI Breeze Trolley, which stops just outside the villa.
The Lowcountry Celebration Park is also a short 4-minute walk away from the property.
Guests should be aware that they must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

COURTSIDE is located just steps away from the ocean in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head… one of Island’s most popular locations. In addition to being within walking distance to the beach you are also close to Coligny Plaza, tennis, golf, bike trails and jogging paths. In addition to being close to the beach, many fine restaurants and shopping are also within easy walking distance!

COURTSIDE large sundeck overlooks a beautiful fountain and garden area. Many villas over direct access or scenic views of this area from your private deck. The perfect place to relax after a fun filled day at the beach.
