Thank you so much, we are so glad you had a great time overall! We appreciate you flagging the internet performance in the evenings. This is actually a common challenge in many vacation areas where bandwidth gets congested during peak hours when everyone is online at the same time. We have shared your feedback with the homeowner and are looking into ways to improve the connection for future guests. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back and give you an even better experience next time!

It was a very nice stay. The beach was close. The house was clean and modern. I liked the natural porch with trees and plants. The rent process was a little intimidating with the 3 different documents to read and sign. I think this could be consolidated to 1 document. Checkout process was simple. Overall, it was a positive experience

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay, especially the beach access and the natural porch area—it really is a special spot. We also appreciate your feedback about the rental process. We understand that reviewing and signing multiple documents can feel a bit overwhelming. Each document is kept separate because it covers different important items, and we’re required to have an individual signature for each one to ensure everything is clearly acknowledged and properly documented. That said, we’re always looking for ways to make the process feel more streamlined and user-friendly. We’re happy to hear the checkout process was simple and that your overall experience was a positive one. We’d love to host you again in the future!
