Grateful by the Sea is a classic Florida beach home surrounded by lush trees and greenery with plenty of screened outdoor porch space to relax with a refreshing beverage. You're minutes to the beach and enjoy access to 2 neighborhood pools (+ tennis courts!) in the Grove By The Sea community.
Walk in through the screened-in porch to find your open concept main area with warm hardwood floors, calming neutrals, and pops of coastal blues. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas, making conversations and entertaining a breeze. 6 can sit at the bar top counter and there are 6 spots at the more formal dining table. Or, you can enjoy a dinner outside on the screened-in porch!
The bedrooms are at the back of the home, sleeping 8 total. There are 2 king bedrooms, one with a private bathroom. The bunk room includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks - a set up the kids in the group will surely enjoy! The shared hallway bathroom also includes a stacked washer and dryer - no need to overpack for this 30A vacation.

As its name implies, The Grove by the Sea neighborhood is a peaceful, tree-lined community located directly across from the beautiful emerald beaches of South Walton. Beach access is an easy walk from the home, and there are 2 private neighborhood pools, plus a tennis court. Its proximity to nearby beach villages Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Watersound, Alys and Rosemary make it an ideal location for all that 30A has to offer.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
