A short walk on the bike trail, steps from this unit, takes you straight to Coligny Beach Park with its miles of beautiful beaches and free amenities. Other nearby attractions within walking distance include shopping and dining at the acclaimed Coligny Plaza, kid-friendly entertainment at the pirate-ship themed playground at Lowcountry Celebration Park, and tennis and and pickleball courts for outdoor fun. Access to the lovely coastal community of Sea Pines is just a short drive away.

Enjoy views of the sparkling on-site pool from your private deck, and kick back on the living room sectional to stream your favorite shows and movies on the large-screen smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and a gleaming suite of updated stainless steel appliances for efficiently handling home-cooking. For those who want to work remotely, there is a comfortable, spacious desk area in the unit, as well.

Additional perks include six foldable beach chairs, and a beach wagon, ready for a day at the ocean!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean, convenient location, very nice

We had a good stay! The place was clean and you could tell the owners take pride in their property. Location made for easy access to Coligny Beach. We enjoyed pool time and took advantage of being right off the bike path for family bike rides.

Already looking forward to staying here again. This condo had everything you could need! From beach chairs and a wagon to coffee pods and detergent! Literally this owner has put in major thought into taking care of their guests and it shows! The beach access was about a 10 min walk but the area was simply amazing! So pleased with our stay here! 10/10!!!

We loved this condo!

There is so much to love about this condo! It was a short walk to several restaurants/stores, the beach, and a beautiful park (with a great playground for our kiddos!). The attention to detail in this unit was amazing and the condo was stocked with everything needed for a short or extended stay. We felt right at home.

Great Place Great Value

This condo is located close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Really nice place with all the beach gear. The owner really put some thought into this place and what families need. The value was great as well. I highly recommend this place. Please note the pool is not heated. Other than that, this place was perfect. My family and I completely enjoyed it.

Condo close to Coligny Plaza

This condo was beautiful! It was very spacious and bike rentals were right outside the door! It was about 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to Coligny plaza whaich is where we like to stay for all the shopping. The condo was well equipped with everything including awesome beach chairs. You can tell you are travelers because everything we needed was there. Definitely will be back!

January Respite

We spent a month at this unit in January - as we were between selling and buying a house and wanted to spend some relaxing time on the island. The unit was in great shape, clean upon arrival, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for those times that we chose to stay in and prepare a meal. The living area was very cozy and comfortable. The bed in the primary bedroom made for plenty of nights of restful sleep. The location of the unit is hard to beat - (very) close to the beach and the shops / restaurants at Coligny. We enjoyed our stay at this unit and on the island and are already thinking about our return trip.

Above and beyond expectations

The condo was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated…everything you need for a stay is available to you from appliance’s to everything you need to go to the beach.The location is perfect with a 5-10 min walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping.We wouldn’t think twice about choosing to stay here again…ps…we loved the big screen tv in the living room.

Beautiful/Very well appointed villa

The Villa is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything!! They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and umbrella. The renovations they did to the villa are gorgeous!! The furniture and beds are comfortable and the Villa is located very close to the pool. Perfect location!! We love North Forest Beach and Coligny area—you can walk or bike to lots of restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful Condo & Location!!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean and comfy and there was so much small attention to detail that we appreciated so much (like the jar of hair ties in the bathroom, bless you for that)!! The location is a very short walk from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park which was beyond convenient. Short drive to Sea Pines/Harbour Town as well!! Also surprised by the ample beach supplies we had access to! We had a lovely time and hope to return to this property soon!

Perfect Place for Spring Break

Our family went to Hilton Head for my daughters college tennis team's Spring Break. This place was perfect. All one floor for my older parents. A nice supply of beach chairs. Close beach accessibility. Clean and well kept.
