Malia Kai#18 is a unique & special rental opportunity for your upcoming Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy Townhome Living with no one above or below you in the heart of Kona Town!

Boutique Styled, you'll notice this intimate complex is extremely quiet & the perfect oasis for one to enjoy location, location, location.

Park in your own private covered carport, and enjoy walking immediately up to your unit.

Laundry Level on Main Level as carport, with your own private use of a washer/dryer that belongs to the unit. Walk up the 1st flight of Stairs to the Main Living Area. Comfortable Pull out sofa for 2 people in this space, with Private Lanai Access.

A gorgeous remodeled kitchen that's fully equipped for your use and a half bathroom on this 1st level as well. Granite countertops, bamboo flooring and tastefully furnished.

Walk up one more flight of stairs to the top level where one can enjoy the Primary Bedroom & Second Lanai! King Sized Bed, Large Bathroom with Walk in Shower! Remodeled as well for your comfort.

Malia Kai also has a pool guests can enjoy while Visiting.

Here for vacation and the property exceeded our expectations. Easily walkable to town. Plus, with the travel the email with the access code never came, however, a couple people from the group stepped up to help out, greatly appreciated.

Perfect Kona Vacation

It’s at the center of everything. The Property is so easy to find and is tucked in a corner that gives you privacy and a quiet relaxing accommodation. It’s perfect for a family of 4. The check in instructions are on point. Contacting the host is very easy and always very prompt. I would stay here again and again :-). Five stars and more!!!

Beautifully remodeled, well-appointed with new & quality kitchen supplies, super clean, roomy space, and fun beach body boards too. Distance from town was awesome--a quick walk to plenty of food & shopping. The pool was a bit sparse, but great to know it was there if we needed to take a dip--we went to the beach every day so didn't use it. The community was quiet and so peaceful to sit out on the balcony and chill. Last but not least, the bed was the MOST comfortable we've slept in! We travel a lot, and couldn't believe how incredible it was...we have actually contacted the mattress company to order one for our home.Huge shout out to K&A Management: Their communication throughout was very welcoming, responsive and consistent. I felt reassured that if I needed something, I could reach out and receive a timely (and friendly) response.HIGHLY recommend and look forward to returning to this lovely property. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!
