Great place to stay for two people! Size of the room was perfect, a 5-10 min walk to the Seacrest beach access point. The unit had two beach chairs and an umbrella which was awesome. Also had access to bikes which made exploring the 30A area super easy. 45 min bike ride to the Seaside area using bike path. Overall a great place to stay.

The property is in a great spot with easy access to the beach, shops and food. The AC was amazing and a welcome gift after being out in the heat and humidity. The bed was very comfortable and the linen very soft. Communication with Ray was easy and quick . I very much enjoyed my stay.

Perfect condo for a couple, wonderful balcony and perfect location to explore Rosemary and Alys beach each day! Enjoyed Fontell Press, Georges at alys beach, Old Flordia Fish house, pizza by the sea, daily ice cream at beach cow creamery, Saturday and Sunday markets at Rosemary and Seacrest beach, nightly live music! Ray and Tina were awesome host with great communication!

We had such a great time at the condo! The patio was wonderful—we spent many hours out there just reading & relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the bikes were a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, room size was perfect for our long weekend, they provided great amenities. Having the bikes were amazing, we used them so much! Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town :). Normally when you get home from traveling you are excited about your own bed but when we got home we were missing this comfy bed!

My husband and I were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Ray and Tina are wonderful hosts and very communicative. The condo is nicely located and clean. We will definitely be back!

Great time in Rosemary Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. It’s close to everything. Having two bikes available to us was a huge benefit. Short walk to the beach and short walks to delicious restaurants. Bathroom and shower were a nice big size. We will definitely stay again.

Needa Brannon has lived on the Emerald Coast of Florida since 1979 and has seen the growth as it has evolved over the years as an awesome location for primary homes as well as second homes and investment properties. She fell in love with design in college. Soon after she became a realtor, she fell madly in love with buying Florida beach homes to design with coastal vacation home decor. Always striving for that perfect vacation for visitors. She wants your vacation to be all that you have imagined it to be. Owners have several rental homes in Seacrest.

Activities are abundant all along 30-A and South Walton. Challenging golf, eclectic shops, unique galleries, and award - winning dining are all a part of the area's distinct character. Outdoor activities are abundant within the four state parks, a state forest, 15 rare coastal dune lakes and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your energy, a great hat, and see all there is to see! Panama City activities for the grandchildren are about 20 minutes, then Destin water park, shopping is 20 minutes, heart of it all!
