PARKING: We provide 1 Free 10-day parking pass (2nd vehicle is $25). No golf carts.

HOA requires all guests 6 years and older to purchase wristbands and wear when on property ($20 each for stays up to 10 days), $40 for stays longer than 10 days. Not included in reservation price.

Sports equipment for the resort amenities are provided.

If you are traveling with an infant, we can arrange for a crib for a small fee. Please inform us ahead of time.

April-mid July 2025, Horizon South will be working on updating its infrastructure so there will be construction equipment working in the complex Monday-Friday.

PESTS: Due to its Southern location, Florida has a lot of bugs and little lizards. The property has regular pest control service to mitigate pests; however, given the tropical nature of the homes location not all pests can be 100% eliminated so you may see an occasional bug. Please help us by keeping outside doors and windows closed, not eating in bedrooms, taking trash out and cleaning up well after food prep, etc. No refunds will be given for bugs or lizards that make their way inside.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two cameras on the outside of the property: a doorbell camera at front door records video and audio, and a camera focused on the back gate records video only, no audio. There is also a noise monitor inside that monitors noise levels; it does not record voices.

WiFi and cable TV is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the Agreement. No refund of rent shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to service.
