Mermaid Inn

The condo is impressive! Its proximity to the beach and pools makes is why we selected Mermaid Inn! The screened in porch was nice for the grandparents. There is little noise absorption, so the place becomes noisy very quickly. Will book Mermaid Inn for 2025!

Mermaid Cove

We loved it we were celebrating wedding anniversaries 50th and 45th Both June 8. The townhouse was perfect clean and beautiful ! Everything you could need. Close to the beach and restaurants. Our Host Teresa Rex was awesome!

Great property

This was an amazing condo and the location to the beach was very convenient. The condo had everything you could need and more and we LOVED all the space!!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!!

Mermaid Cove Rocks!

Mermaid Cove didn’t disappoint! The beautiful colors and mermaid theme gives nothing more than beach vibes. The location is walking distance from the beach, and many other attractions. The unit was well stocked with household items and clean upon arrival with all working amenities. The outside screen patio was my favorite place to sit at night with the pretty lighting and patio furniture. Ms Teresa responds quickly with booking details, arrangements or any concerns. My family and I will love to visit Mermaid Cove on our next visit to Panama City, beach! Book this Unit… you want regret it.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay was amazing, the host and condo are 5stars all the way very clean up to date and steps away from the pool and beach ! Our host kept in touch daily and was very helpful in every way from booking,check in,and check out ! We’ve been visiting horizon south @ PCB for the past 6 years and her unit is by far our favorite ! We will be back !

Hi! I am your host, Teresa.

I own and manage Mermaid Inn PCB. I am a business teacher and a new business owner. I taught at a junior high for 26 years, and I now teach at a high school.

I love traveling and I LOVE the ocean. Even though I did not grow up near an ocean, I am a beach girl at heart. I have been to a beach in every coastal state, and several countries. I love sitting on the beach listening to the waves, and swimming in warm ocean water (Pacific Ocean is too cold!).

I have traveled to several different countries and most of the states in the U.S. (my goal is to visit all 50 states!) I have stayed in many properties hosted by everyday people, so I know what is needed for comfort. I have spent a lot of time and energy making my space beautiful for you, and I want you and your family to have a wonderful 5 star stay. If there is anything I can do to improve your stay, let me know.

I love the beautiful white sandy beaches and clear waters of the Emerald Coast. Owning a beach property In Panama City Beach is a dream come true. The first picture I saw of this townhouse was the gorgeous turquoise tile in the master shower. I loved it and could not wait to see the rest of the house. I was not disappointed. I love the clean lines and modern finishes. The living area is open and spacious. And so much outdoor living space- not one but 2 balconies, a covered patio, AND large fenced yard.
