DESCRIPTION
“Beach Haven” is a Bayfront, stand-alone home with 3-4 Bedrooms, 3-4 Baths, and a Panoramic Rooftop Deck. This home is located directly on the sands of SAIL BAY, where the ocean expands into a huge, calm, lake-like Bay to enjoy ALL Watersports and undisturbed Swimming and Snorkeling. The crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean with unforgettable Sunsets await just a few hundred feet across the street.
The amazing rooftop deck, with 360-degree views, provides the perfect place to soak up the sun and watch all the comings and goings on Bayside Walk, a path that wraps all around Mission Bay. This spot is also the best area from which to enjoy the nightly fireworks at Sea World.
You will find all the rooms spacious and well-appointed. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and good Wi-Fi reception, along with central A/C and Heat. The home is fully stocked with all your household essentials, basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, one bath towel set per guest, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products. In the separate laundry area awaits a side-by-side Washer/Dryer Set.
Guests will also find beach equipment such as stand-up paddle boards, a surfboard, beach chairs, and games for entertainment. One of the many popular activities is strolling or biking along miles and miles of waterfront. The 5-Star Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa is just up the path. It offers daily passes for use at its facilities, after purchase of a spa treatment. During summer months they feature FREE outdoor movies on a giant screen and luau and theatrical performances on the sand.
The House is located on a quiet neighborhood block of North Mission beach, yet is only a short walk to many restaurants, a grocery store, nightlife, and several beach rental equipment stores. This vacation rental is perfect for families, with comfortable beds and multiple spaces to share or enjoy separately and it includes parking for up to 4 vehicles. This is one of the best places to stay on the beach and Beach Haven is a vacation rental that you will want to return to year after year!

• Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
• The bedroom/bathroom on the first floor has a separate entrance and is only available June - August.
• Fireplaces are not for use.
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.
