Peaceful new build home. Come see the manatees and dolphins right from the dock. Bring your boat to go fishing, scalloping or to watch the beautiful sunsets from the gulf. Weeki Wachee State park is 5 mins away along with the beautiful Pine Island beach. Our elevator is not operating since the flood.

Amazing stay!

Perfect waterfront place for a long weekend away. The elevator was a great addition for us with kids and luggage. The house was super clean and the kitchen stocked with everything you’d need! Plenty of water adventures for kids and adults. We got to spend the day on the Kayaks and grab a bite to eat at the upper deck right up the canal. We will definitely be back.

Very nice

The house was beautiful as advertised. We brought our boat and it was a short ride to the gulf. I would avoid low tide unless you have a bay boat, skiff, etc. We will be back

Wonderful house and location

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and spacious enough for 3 couples and 2 dogs. We like to cook and the kitchen has a perfect setup with the large island and plenty of cooking and serving supplies. Although not necessary for our group, the elevator was a nice feature for carting stuff upstairs. The location provided easy access to scalloping and cooling off in the spring. And, the dock was able to accommodate two flats boats. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back to stay at this place again.

Perfect Rental

This rental was perfect! It is located in a great neighborhood. We brought our boat. Water access to the Gulf was gorgeous! Short ride compared to Homasassa and crystal river. Beautiful sunsets, lots of wildlife, turtles, dolphins, manatees. It is connected to Weeki wachee river where you can paddle or kayak down the river. Close to shopping. The house was super comfortable large kitchen & living room. Loved that our pup was welcome! Great floating dock! Will definitely stay again!

Manatee trip

I have been renting through VRBO for years in different states, many different houses in Florida. This was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at. Beautifully furnished to include a very well equipment kitchen (unusual in my experience with VRBO) The house in on a beautiful canal with access to the Weeki Wachee river by a short paddle. With the way the property is oriented we had beautiful sunsets right off the back porch. I gave this home 5 stars simply because VRBO does not go any higher. You will not be disappointed with a stay here.

Exceptional Property

I was impressed with the way the owner labeled everything clearly inside the home. Anything you need, you can find easily.. Also no bread or weight restrictions on your dogs. We have two Rottweilers. I recommend 10 out of 10.
