Create lasting memories in this fully renovated, modern 3BR/3 full BA house on a peaceful, tree-lined street in the desirable northwest Asbury Park!

Sip your morning coffee on the furnished front porch or backyard patio, relax in two stylish living areas, and dine in the fully equipped Chef’s kitchen. Three spacious bedrooms provide plenty of closet and dresser storage and three full bathrooms welcome you after a day on the sand.

Home is an easy 3 minute drive/ 20 minute walk to beach (about 11 blocks), boardwalk and transportation, and even closer to nearby restaurants, brewery, shops, nightlife, Coffee roasters, Juice basin, Farmer’s market.

Hi speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs in living area, and the three bedrooms, with central AC and washer/dryer on main floor.

Michael's house is superb! Beautifully decorated, spotless yet super comfortable...we could not have imagined a better place to relax on vacation in Asbury. I hesitate to tell you just how amazing it is as I want it available to us next time we are back in Asbury...HONEST!...it's that great!

Asbury Park gem

The home was very clean with thoughtful extras. The host was very accommodating and always responded in a timely manner. We were a family of 4 but this property certainly is comfortably for 6 guests. If visiting Asbury Park again we would stay again.

Wonderful house, feels like home

We had 2 kids plus baby with us. Lots of spaces to hang out in this beautifully restored classic Asbury Park home. Everything you could ask for is in this lovely home.Big kitchen, den, living room and large bedrooms (3) upstairs. Michael is a great host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for a super stay.

Long weekend

Wow! From check in to check out, our experience in this beautiful home was amazing. After a long drive down due to traffic, we were pleasantly surprised by this immaculate and welcoming home, including milk and cookies! Michael’s recommendation for a good but casual place to eat was spot on! Michael has thought of everything while furnishing his home, including beach chairs and beach passes. Beds are amazing and kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. We enjoyed exploring Asbury Park and nearby Ocean Grove and Belmar. Great location! Thank you Michael!

AMAZING!!

I’ve rented lot of vacation homes over the years, and this house was hands-down the best one I’ve ever stayed at! The house is exactly as pictured, but better! Not a speck of dust to be found. Check in & check out were seamless. The house had everything we needed, including a folder with thorough instructions on how to operate appliances, where to place the garbage, local dining recommendations, the number to call with questions, etc. We did not have any reasons to contact Michael during our stay except to say how impressed we were with this home and all the little details making our stay enjoyable.I will definitely rent this house again!

Fun & Blissful Beach Week!

Michael is a generous host who has accounted for every comfort and convenience. We were warmly greeted upon arrival with flowers, birthday balloons, cookies, and other lovely touches. Michael offered us a quick tour of the house and all of its features - and there are many!The home is even more impressive than the photos illustrate, and the quality of the furnishings, decor, and amenities are exquisitely considered. The kitchen is so well appointed that we were able to enjoy a special birthday celebration dinner by using all the high quality appliances and tools and lovely serving pieces and dishes (e.g., grill, Wolf oven, ice bucket, and champagne flutes!). Every day we enjoyed the beach chairs and towels, and Michael even immediately replaced a chair when we mentioned that the straps to wear it as a backpack (since we were biking to the beach) was missing its clasp.The home is in a lovely and peaceful residential neighborhood, and we enjoyed biking the short ride to the beach. Michael provided a comprehensive list of Asbury Park restaurants, stores, and service providers which we found incredibly useful. The three bedroom/three bathroom configuration was perfect for our family of six, and we all really enjoyed spending time on the shady porch and the backyard patio and lawn. We are reluctant to leave and eager to return! We highly recommend this beautiful home for your trip to Asbury Park.
