About this space
Come and stay in our large modern suite in the heart of Nevada City Historical District steps away from eclectic bars, award-winning restaurants, shops, and night life. This large beautiful apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free.

We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. There is a small fee of $35 so please remember to check that box. Please do let us know if Fido will be staying too.
The space
You'll love this industrial modern 1 BR apartment sleeps 2-4. With a loft-style large open floor plan, huge chef's kitchen with massive island and counter seating for 8 there’s plenty of room to spread out and relax. The cushy living room space has a large screen TV and leather sectional. The cook's kitchen has a granite island which seats 8, all high-end KitchenAide appliances and laundry in unit.

Please note the location in the description as we are in town and very close to the business district. As such you may experience some light noise in the early evening.

NEED MORE SPACE? This space has the option of adjoining with a studio suite on the same level to create a full 2BR apartment if you are traveling with friends or family. Inquire as to the possibility of renting the combination. Great for a family gathering or friends weekend.

This is a large private apartment with 2 free on site parking spaces. Private secure entrance with keyless security on exterior door and lockbox for your private unit.

Fantastic Location!

My wife and I stayed for a few days. We love downtown Nevada City and you really can’t be any closer with this stay. So convenient to be able to pop in and out while enjoying all of what downtown has to offer. Apartment was very clean and new, great kitchen all new appliances.

Clean and Charming

We truly enjoyed the property and the town. The property had everything we needed and more. Very clean, convenient location, easy parking, comfortable bed, quiet. It was just perfect! I would stay here again.

Amazing place so close to downtown

This place is gorgeous! The bed was comfy and even though it is much grander than my own home I felt cozy and special all at the same time. Don't hesitate if you want to book a luxurious place close to downtown.

This place was great ! Right in the heart of town ! Once you are parked, everything is within walking distance. It was quiet in the later evenings even tho it was located near bars with live music. Clean and great Decor !

Weekend getaway

The apartment is new, clean, has everything you need. It’s right downtown and walkable to everything Nevada City has to offer. John the owner is friendly and fun to talk to. We will definitely be back.

Perfect weekend get away!

This was an absolutely perfect stay! It looks exactly like the pictures. It is perfectly located - we walked everywhere. Very clean and modern. Stocked with everything you could need. The ck in process was super easy and was able to get ahold of the owner anytime needed. We honestly can’t wait to go back.

This was our second time staying here. The location is great if you just want to step out into downtown. However, the upstairs neighbors had a very loud party the first night we stayed that lasted until 2am. In addition, the security deposit is excessive. They charge your card 1500$ when you book and it took 2 weeks after we left to get the refund. So they held a security deposit for 3 months in advance from when we booked and then a refund onto the credit card is not ideal. Do either I eat the interest or I pay it up front and the later have a negative balance. Not worth it

The unit was immaculate. We had everything we needed. It is walking distance to everywhere downtown, so we never drove our car during our stay. We will stay here again on our next visit.
