We had a fabulous long weekend getaway at this property. It is immaculate, embodies sunny SoCal, and overall pleasant. Paris is very responsive and ensures that her guests are taken care off. Will return.

Awesome place

Very nice place, the host was very communicative, they were nice and friendly, we had a great time, it is a quiet neighborhood no noise, we all slept peacefully

Less than Expected

Unit was beautiful to look at with owners art on the walls. However, there was a lot of overdue maintenance from the sliding door to the parking area, several cracks in the bathroom sink and lamps not working. The cleanliness was less than I liked with thick dust in places, appliances smeared and molding grout in the shower. For the price I would have expected more.

Unclean property

The kitchen was very unclean with food on floor, food stuck to appliances etc. The countertops hadn't been wiped clean. There were plants that had leaves on the floor and smelled. Bathroom had a lot of unused bottles of shampoo, used soap in the shower. The shower had chunks of hair in it. One of the bathroom sinks was cracked and old dirty toothbrush holders present. I don't think the kitchen or the bathroom had been cleaned. You could hear the people downstairs and in the condo next to us play music. The host was very nice and got back to you right away with questions or concerns.
