Riverfront Condo in the Heart of Downtown

Let the view from the private balcony dazzle you as the sun sets over the Cape Fear River and the USS North Carolina, a National Historic Landmark. This sixth-floor riverfront condo is the perfect home base for experiencing all that Wilmington has to offer. You'll be within walking distance of all of the city's most significant sights and countless top-tier restaurants.

If you opt to take any of your meals at home, you'll have access to a well-equipped full kitchen that will make meal prep a breeze. Choose between a romantic dinner for two at the dining table and the casual atmosphere of the three-seater breakfast bar. If you can't get enough of the cityscape, bring your plate out to the balcony's bistro table.

Guests will also enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer and central AC. We provide a free parking space in a deck about a block away. You can park in the adjacent parking lot while loading / unloading.

Excellent location with a great view. The balcony was a relaxing spot. Owner was fantastic to work with. Well equipped. Parking was convenient a block away. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely nice and convenient place to stay! We enjoyed our time at the condo and loved spending time on the balcony having dinner. Well-stocked and smooth parking and entry. Would most definitely book again!

Perfect experience renting this condo! Great communication from the owners, perfect location to everything downtown, fantastic views, clean and well organized place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Wilmington!

Wonderful property. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Only minor recommendations for improvement would be more hangers to hang clothes and although the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not as comfortable.

Very happy with my stay. The unit was incredibly clean. Check-in and instructions for accessing the unit were very clear. Could not ask for better communication with the host. This is one of the best spots to stay in Wilmington. Great views from the covered balcony and very convenient to all of the places you want to walk to in downtown. Hope to be able to return some day soon!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo that was in the middle of everything! Location was perfect, had everything you needed, the host was super informative and very kind, and the room was very clean. We wished we had a chance to stay longer to enjoy everything but perfect for a weekend getaway!

Fantastic location and view! We could walk to everything we wanted to do except the battleship of course. No issues finding an Uber. We stayed Sun-Wed, so the street below was not as active as I would expect Friday and Saturday to be. Bedroom is in the back and quiet without windows. The hosts thought of everything, but you might want to bring sunscreen and umbrellas for showers. If you like a firm pillow, bring yours. King bed was comfortable but the 6 drawers are in the bed, so that may be a challenge for some folks. I wanted to take the e-recliner home! I would suggest bottled water and bagged ice as the water tasted funny to this GA girl. Overall a great place to stay!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s well-appointed and very well maintained and the hosts are very responsive. Even though on our last day in Wilmington there was a steady rain, we enjoyed spending time in the condo itself. And the view of the river and the riverwalk was a pleasure! The condo is very convenient to shops and dining as well. We would stay there again!
