One parking spot is included during your reservation with additional parking available through Sunrise Resort & Event Center. Embrace a relaxed and practical stay in this cozy condo retreat. The Inn Building at Harbor Village

Welcome to the Inn Building at Harbor Village. Enjoy access to shared community amenities including a seasonal pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Located across from Bear Lake State Park Marina, our Inn Building offers easy access to dining, groceries, paved trails, and recreation rentals. Discover comfort and convenience in this serene lakeside setting.

Certain listed amenities are not included in standard reservations, must be reserved separately, and may be subject to availability. Call for details.

**The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**

Fun and convenient location

Clean, friendly staff, nice to have a pool on site. Their listing claims they have free WiFi, but that wasn’t really true. There was WiFi and a login, but it never worked. When we asked about it we were told “that’s just bear lake”. We know this isn’t true as we have stayed in other locations without any problems.
