Great location

Quiet and safe community and really loved the access to a garage. Comfortable bedding, sofa and a huge TV.

Wonderful place to stay!

My friends and I came into town for the Jayhawks game and needed a place to stay. The pictures were exactly as described. The place was cozy, very well maintained, clean, and came stocked with virtually everything we could’ve needed. Communication with Fernando was quick and concise, yet thorough. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Great space for us. On the map it seems like it is a long way from campus and from downtown, but it really isn't - it's easy to get around. And it's really nice to be able to use the garage!

Perfect place when visiting Lawrence

The place was exactly as it was listed and just perfect. So clean! The beds were comfy. Really appreciated the coffee with creamer in the morning before we headed out. Communication was great. We had no issues and the location getting to campus was 9 minutes to our daughter's dorm. Would stay here again in a minute. Thanks so much.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Fernando’s home! Clean and expertly-decorated, it was a pleasure to spend a night there. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms squeaky clean, the kitchen functional, and the living/dining room spacious and inviting. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay.

My son and I were in town for a basketball tournament and this place was perfect. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and everything was as advertised. We felt safe and secure during our stay and we highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Perfect weekend

This rental was perfect for my friends and I to spend the weekend in Lawrence watching our boys play baseball games. Rental is exactly as described, with great wi-fi, garage parking, and super comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood, and convenient location to restaurants/groceries. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic & CLEAN

This was a PERFECT and CLEAN place for us! We needed somewhere to stay while we were in town for a dance competition and this was great for us! It was me, my daughter, another dance mom and her daughter and there was plenty of room for us! The place was very clean and comfortable! I really can’t complain about anything BUT I do have to say I’m a crazy clean freak and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the fact that there was a sticker tag that let you know that the toilets were CLEANED and sanitized! I have never seen that at any of the places we have stayed and this was A++++++!!! Had to check out at 10 A.M. and that was a great time for us because we had to be back for the dance competition early anyways. The host was amazing and communication was fantastic! He always messaged me back and was fast and professional! If we ever are back in town for another dance competition we will definitely see if this is available! Thank you again for being a great host!
