As soon as you pull into the private driveway of this cheerful coral-colored beach house you’ll know you picked the perfect place for your friends or family. Two different sets of stairs will take you up to the main level, making it easy for your group to tote up their belongings.

Once you’re inside, you’ll be greeted by a refreshing interior full of shades of bold blues and pops of fun coral that perfectly complements the stunning Gulf surroundings.

The open living room welcomes you with a large sectional sofa, offering a cozy spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the front-row Gulf views. Gather around the large TV for entertainment or simply marvel at the beauty of the Gulf through the wall of windows.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and abundant cabinet space. The large island seating 8 provides a sociable setting for gathering and chatting while the family chefs prepare your favorite island eats. The nearby dining table accommodates 10 in a mix of chairs and bench seating, so meals can be as casual or formal as you’d like.

The main level also features the delightful Primary Suite with a king-sized bed, TV, Gulf view, and deck access. PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. Beautiful house

Having a full bathroom for every bedroom was wonderful! Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Needs some mixing bowls. The teenagers loved being able to walk right out to the beach. It's far enough down that you don't have the big crowds. There were two charcoal grills and both were nasty and so rusted, you couldn't get them open. I called Sand n Sea. They were so nice! They delivered a new grill, put it downstairs, and were gone before I knew they had been there!The A/C is really good. Keeps a steady temp consistently. There are these little lights all over the house. We really never figured out how to operate them. All in all, we had an amazing time!

Beautiful Beachfront Home

This home has fantastic accommodations. There were a couple of items I did note to the maintenance team that needed addressed and they kindly took my feedback. This home offer breathtaking views of the ocean and super convenient to get to and from when spending your day at the beach. There is a store not far to get any items you may need. It was great to have washer and dryer to do a load of laundry if needed.

Great Place Poor Management

Our primary concern revolves around the kitchen amenities, specifically the oven and hood vent. We were quite disappointed with the following issues: 1/ Oven and Hood Vent Lighting was not operable. 2/ Hood Ventilation was not operable 3/ Oven Knob and Technician Appointment: The most significant issue was the non-operable oven due to the missing knob of which the knob has the temperature gage on it. The day of Check In the Property Manager informed us a technician would come to repair it at 12PM the day after check-in. The Technician No-Showed and the property manager did not communicate anything to us with regards to this issue. The result of this major inconvenience was that we were unable to use the oven, leading to a significant amount of wasted food, as our meals heavily relied on oven use. Attempts to cook our meals, meant for the oven, on the stove were hampered by the lack lighting and lack of ventilation due to non-operable other components. We text messaged and emailed property manager regarding these issues in detail and no response. we ended up leaving the property a day earlier. Would have been nice to have the management of this property follow through with the repair as scheduled but didnt and woudl have been nice if communication was efficient but also nice for the management to have addressed our concerns following our stay which remain to be answered.
