Beautifully design and decorated 2 bedroom garage apt features open living room/kitchen area.
Includes large kitchen island with seating for 6 and great for food preparation. the kitchen is equipped with gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator. Open living room has large flat screen tv and large sectional sofa. The apartment has its own washer/dryer. The bathroom has tiled shower, toilet and vanity.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds.
The rental includes 2 parking spots, ( 1 off street and 1 city of Rehoboth parking pass)private green seating area with gas grill. The unit also has an outdoor shower.

Loved my stay here- great location close to dining and shops. The place was spotless and love all of the decorating touches. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Having a dedicated parking place downtown was a wonderful addition to my stay. Hope to return next year!

Great place

This is a great apartment in a great location close to the beach and boardwalk. The property manager David was an excellent communicator and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property

Perfect property for the family and close to everything (beach and boardwalk). Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Super clean!! In addition to bringing the sheets and towels, you may want to bring a blanket or two. We did and again….all was perfect!

Great Little Rehoboth Gem

Number one, this place is within walking distance to all of what Rehoboth has to offer. Safe off street parking, peaceful neighborhood and overall just a beautiful place to stay. We will be back.

Modern, clean, efficient, and close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! Parking/driving in the Rehoboth is not my favorite thing to deal with so having so much within walking distance (including the beach) was a HUGE plus! The appliances are all modern and new, the decor an comfort of the place is great, and the beds are comfortable! The outside sitting area is very nice as well. The outside shower was a HUGE help with one bathroom inside. Return from the beach "get ready time" was cut in half by having 2 showers in use at the same time. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful Beach Stay

The condo is a perfect location and the furnishings are incredible. It is ideal for 2 couples. The ONLY thing to mention is that you must bring your own bedding and towels. I would much prefer to pay a bit extra, if the condo could provide those. Two of us flew for this vacation, and it became much more tedious than I expected to procure bedding and towels. Other than that, we loved everything about the stay!

Great Property!

The rental is in an excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The property was great for our small family. It was perfect size for us and the lay out is fantastic. The outdoor shower is a plus after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we’ll be back. Rehoboth was so much fun!

Perfect location

We had a fantastic stay over the long July 4th weekend. It was a perfect location near the beach, boardwalk, and local restaurants. The garage house was newly renovated last year and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable long weekend at Rehoboth for 4. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, they even helped us jump start our car the day we left after our battery died! Highly recommend. We would stay again.

Absolutely perfect

This apartment was wonderful. It is located a short walk to the beach and shopping in an ideal location. The rental was quiet and beautifully decorated. The appliances are brand new and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are wonderful. We would highly recommend for a small family and can’t wait to rent it again.

What a lovely apartment!

What a lovely bright space to call home for a few days. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely decorated, has an especially nice kitchen equipped with everything you need. Be sure to note that you are required to bring your own sheets and towels - you receive a reminder when you receive the check-in code. The location is great and the homeowners and property manager are super friendly- if you have questions or issues, they are very responsive and helpful.

Beach apt near everything

Very clean and modern 2 bedroom apt. Excellent location and easy walk to sand and restaurants, yoga studio, cafes, and bookstore. We enjoyed ourselves. Nice and bright in unit—loved the windows and easy parking for one car onsite. Other car had tag and street parking which was not a problem. The kitchen was a nice layout. Only one tv in main room, fyi if that matters to you bring another device. Bring extra thin blankets along with your towels and sheets. The outdoor shower was nice to have after the beach as was the garden area with grill. Owners were friendly and seemed available should there have been an issue. Would stay there again!

Rehoboth Beach Garage Apt.

Great Rehoboth garage apt. 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Completely renovated and perfect for a small family. Close to all restaurants and attractions on Rehoboth ave and the surrounding area. Outdoor sitting area for late night talks. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach! You will not be disappointed. Love it!

Rehoboth GEM!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming garage apartment. This was perfect for the two of us. This newly decorated apartment is well appointed with thought given to the renter and every amenity at our fingertips. We had relatives come by to visit while we were there, and the huge kitchen island provided a perfect place to entertain. The location is ideal for walking anywhere in Rehoboth. We were warmly greeted as soon as we arrived, and the managers checked on us periodically to be certain we didn't need anything. We have already recommended this VRBO rental, and when we return to Rehoboth, we hope to find availability, as we know this spot will rent easily once others know about it. Thank you!
