100 Steps to Siesta Key Beach! Last-minute April Discount! Beach gear included!

Location! Location! Location! Sea Shell Condos Unit #105 is in the BEST spot on Siesta Key. It's just steps to the cool white sands of the nation's #1 beach. Across the street are restaurants, bars, ice cream and coffee shops, and even a grocery store! This is one of the few areas where you could spend an entire vacation and never need a car.

We provide our guests with all the amenities they need to enjoy the beach. That includes beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and a wheeled cooler. Less packing and no need to purchase those items after you arrive saves money and time.

Our coastal-themed condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a King bed in the master, with a blackout shade, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen pull-out couch in the living room to comfortably sleep 6. Both bedrooms feature an en suite bath. The dining table seats 6 and there are additional seats at the breakfast bar. In addition to celing fans in reach room, we provide stand fans as well. We do not have a beach view, but that allows us to rent at a slightly lower price point than the front units.

Other amenities include coffee, both ground and pod, salt, pepper, spices, and plenty of condiments. We leave some surprise goodies too!

The space

Our unit, #105, features easy access to the elevator and large, heated pool. Access the private beach with your gate code and enjoy the soft sand, gentle waves, and beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants within walking distance include Captain Curt's (famous clam chowder), Sniki Tiki (music every night), Anna's Deli (awesome sandwiches), Toasted Mango Café for breakfast, Clayton's, Daquiri Deck, Spearfish Grille, and more. There are ice cream, coffee shops, and mini donuts as well. There's even a grocery store with an awesome premade food selection. A free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village for even more shops, restaurants, and bars.

While we are very close to the beach, we do not have a beach view due to our lower floor location.

Great location. Walkable to many places to eat. Just few steps to beach. Very nice covered outdoor area to grill right on beachfront. Condo was very clean with two en-suite bedrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything you need if preferred eating in. Plenty of sitting in living area with big screen TV. Nice heated pool, only thing is in February it gets limited afternoon sun because it’s not on beach side of building.But there are plenty lounges and chairs available to sit in sun on the beach!Definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Being on the first floor was a huge plus with little ones—so convenient for quick beach access and avoiding too many stairs. The layout was perfect, especially the open kitchen, which made it easy to cook while still being part of the family fun. The hosts were also very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival so much smoother. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stocked kitchen and super clean condo. Great beach access. Our only complaint was the VERY loud noise from construction next door. I know it is out of owners control but I do wish this had been mentioned as I tried to work from balcony in the early mornings while my family slept, but it was impossible to hear my meetings from outside.

We’re sorry to hear that daytime noise affected your ability to work from the balcony. To clarify for future guests, there is no construction taking place within our condo complex, which is typically very quiet. During your stay, a neighboring property was completing short-term maintenance (power washing), which can occasionally create temporary daytime noise and is outside of our control. We appreciate you sharing your experience and always encourage guests who plan to work remotely to let us know if they have specific needs—we’re happy to help in any way we can.

Fabulous girl trip

Perfect location!! Beach/food/entertainment right out your door. Trolley was available and fun to ride and see the area!! My host was extremely easy to work with and highly recommend her and her condo!!! Not a deal breaker but pool is located in front of building.

Good Stay

The property was clean and well stocjed.The only priblem was the weather! Since it was cold, we stayed in quite a bit and the TV in the bedroom did not have cable and reception was bad. All else was good!

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, it's a shame the weather wasn't ideal, it rarely gets that cold here but it was pretty miserable. I wish you had reached out about the TV, the cable occasionally goes out and all it needs is a quick rescan. I could have walked you through it or we could have had on-site maintenance come to the unit and take care of it. Hopefully you'll come back when the weather is guaranteed to be nice!

Amazing place

This was a great experience all around. The location is great. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and retail shops. Little gricery store is right across the street! Condo was spotless! Tile floor is every room. It has everything you need to stay with famiy and friends. Kitchen has literally everything. Communication is very easy. They respond right away with any question you have. Beautiful location

The property was very clean. When we first walked in, you could smell how clean it was. I love how everything was very convenient and organized. It took us a minute to figure out the TV. We are not tech savvy. L O L. The water was beautiful. The only thing we did not like about the property was that the pool was in front and was very small. We loved the fact you could walk to restaurants out absolute favorite was the daiquiri deck! They had amazing food and their drinks was amazing!

Our family has been vacationing in Siesta Key and Sarasota Florida for more than 30 years. Finally realized my dream of moving here full-time in 2019 and bought this condo when it became available because it's where we stayed for many years with family and friends. We love it and care for it like it's our main home. We also make sure we provide our guests with the amenities we wish we had back in the day to make their stay as pleasant as possible and to cut down on their expenses when they arrive. That means beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys and floatation devices.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is the most convenient location on Siesta Key without a doubt. The beach is perfect, not so big that it's a hike to the water, not so small that you run out of room when the tide comes in. It's also VERY walkable with everything you could ever need right across the street - even a grocery store. It's a particularly great place for families because it's a quieter little beach area where you don't get the spring break type craziness that happens elsewhere.

We take meticulous care of our condo. It's managed by the on-site condo complex management team, but we check in frequently to make sure everything is perfect. We have just completely redecorated and painted the entire unit and it is deep-cleaned on a regular basis.
