Krakens Kove: Pool home 5 mins to Busch Gardens

Argh argh matey and welcome to Krakens Kove! This fun and themed home is perfect for the entire family, from sunken ships, dark lit candles and the kraken himself - this is a place for the entire family to get loose, enjoy the them parks of the Tampa area while creating their own fun at the family home!

A themed and fun space - you can find tasteful pirate decor just about everywhere! We are also located just 5 mins from the Busch Gardens theme park - the Montu roller coaster can be seen from the back yard!

All outdoor and indoor spaces are private and for your use only!

I love interacting with my guests, but that interaction is entirely up to you! Please reach out if you need anything at all - I want to be sure you have the absolute best time at our home!

It is possible to get around via Uber only if you are looking just to spend time at Busch Gardens and the S. Tampa area. I do however recommend renting a car if you are able to!

We do have a few different security features outside our home which include, a ring camera, a camera facing the driveway, a camera facing the front of the property and a camera overlooking our pool area. We do not monitor these devices during your stay, they are simply here for insurance purposes.

We also have a motion detector inside the home which is never set - this device is only used when the home is vacant and secured with our security system. It does not record audio or video - it simply monitors motion when the home is secured with our security system

There is absolutely no glass allowed in the pool area. If any broken glass is found by the pool there is a $500 fine to remove the glass from our pool company.

Please note although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. Every so often, the rains and storms will bring mild to moderate debris in the pool and we have no control over that in between services. if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above. Thank you - management.

Lastly, there are several propane tanks provided at the home. This includes for the grill and the outdoor fire pit. Management does not fill these tanks due to guest negligence however they can be filled prior to your stay for a fee. Please inquire prior to booking.

Please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc.

FRIENDLY REMINDER AND WARNING: If you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300. The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.

KIND REMINDER: You have booked a strictly NON REFUNDABLE stay. I encourage all guests to purchase travelers insurance if you think your travel plans could be interrupted by any unforeseeable circumstance.

Please note - there is NO smoking inside the home. There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. Thank you
