The open-concept living area is designed for both comfort and style. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring ample counter space, and all the cookware you'll need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining area with seating for six while watching the waves roll in.

The door out the back of the garage will be hard to beat. All my future trips, i'm going to be looking for this feature. We were very pleased with our stay.

This property was Excellent. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.. the place was very clean no issues. Everything worked great except for the hot water lol but a cool shower wasn’t that bad. The view was amazing having private access to the beach in a matter of a minute maybe 2 is exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will absolutely be back for sure.

Very happy with our stay here. Approximately 20 minutes from our favorite restaurants along 30A. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Wonderful beach front property

We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our stay here. There were 6 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room. Loved the close proximity to the beach.

The home is well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Not the most recently updated, but everything was in very good condition. Washer/dryer worked great. TVs were a little funky- lots of remotes! We were able to watch what we wanted to though. The proximity to the beach was unmatched and beautiful. We didn’t have any issues with it being crowded at all. Perfect location and close to grocery, pharmacy and liquor store. It was such a wonderful stay!

Everything was exactly as listed. The location was perfect for us. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and it was close to grocery stores so we could cook some meals! The pool was also nice. Communication with the host was super easy. Highly recommend.

Clean, gorgeous, modern, and updated. Quiet, friendly townhouse. Walking distance to Aldi, and a shirt beautiful drive to other PCB attractions. But why go anywhere when the beach is your yard? I will dream of this place forever.

The location was awesome due to be close to PCB attractions and restaurants. The place was very clean and host was easy to get in contact with when we had AC problems. The problem was corrected quickly.

Great stay! The place was clean and spacious, and having a bathroom in every bedroom made things so much easier with our group. The beach view was unbeatable — we were toes in the sand within 2 minutes of walking out the door.A few things to note: parking is limited. You're guaranteed two spots — one in the garage and one outside it. The garage spot fit a full size truck fine, but the spot outside the garage is compact-sized only. There isn't much other parking on the premises or nearby.Check-in is also a strict 4 pm. We tried to get some flexibility both the week before and the day of, but didn't hear back from the property manager. In our case, the unit was ready when we arrived around 2 pm, but the door code wasn't active until 4 pm. They do mention in their agreement that they can't accommodate early check-in, so I'm not knocking them for it — just flagging it in case your travel plans have you arriving before 4.Overall, we loved it and will definitely be booking again.

Nice little getaway

This property was perfect for my family of five. There was enough sleeping space and privacy for all family members as well as acute kitchen and living space for us to sit back and watch television in the evening. The patio was absolutely perfect for our whole family to sit and enjoy the warm weather and listen to the ocean. We would definitely book again.

Labor Day weekend stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a perfect place to stay! Location was great! House/rooms/parking great and easy! It was clean, beds were soft and plenty of bathroom towels! The only con was with a 4 night minimum there was hardly any bathroom/cleaning amenities. Better go ahead and add trash bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry and dishwasher pods to your grocery list. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and would def stay again.

Great location, house was nice but I wouldn't stay here again. We had a unit furthest from the office/pool which was a far walk. Absolutely NO beach equipment provided, kitchen utensils/pots and pans need desperate updating. Only 1 dumpster on the property and it's by the office which is a FAR walk when carrying a bunch of trash. There should be one on both sides. The house comes with the absolute bare minimum to get started. There wasn't even an umbrella for the table on the deck which would have been great to have bc the deck gets very hot! (Several other units had one)The beach is beautiful and so is the water.. being on the beach is very convenient! I feel like the owner of this property is very cheap.. we bought 4 beach chairs and left them along with a float and sandcastle kit so hopefully the next people can enjoy those and they don't get tossed out. The hot water for the shower isn't great, the fridge was terrible. Stuff up front and on the door do not get cold despite following the instructions to load the fridge slowly. Overall 3 stars (we aren't picky people) I rely on reviews so I felt I should leave one for other people. The pool is such a far walk we didn't even bother using it. This unit is directly next to public beach access as well, it was busy on the 4th but not the other days though.

Family get away

This was a last minute getaway for my children and I. I ran upon this unit when looking for a place to stay and I’m so glad I went with it. This unit is located in a quiet community away from the high rise condos where it’s always crowded. You are literally on the beach, just walk down the steps of your balcony and you are on the sand and a few steps from the ocean. The condo is very nice with updated furnishings, 3 tile showers, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. An added bonus is the closed garage for your vehicle and also another quick access to the beach. I highly recommend this unit.
