The bedroom/living area has a comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette with mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and microwave, a small desk area for guests needing to work remotely, and a flat screen TV with streaming services.

A large sliding glass door leads to a private deck where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine with unobstructed views of the picturesque bay below.

The spacious bathroom has a large double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and an open closet area.

The studio is located an easy walk from the Pacific Seawatch Community Club House and Pool, complete with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool, a hot tub and a 9-hole mini golf course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay.
Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We will reach out after booking to provide this form to sign.

Located a mile from local shops and restaurants, guests will enjoy exploring the delights of Pacific City, then returning to their coastal haven.
