The condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property was clean and very well kept. The chairs and umbrella rental included with this rental was an extra perk. This rental is definitely a redo! The only complaint I would have is that the cookware needs replacing. The Teflon on the pans were pretty much scraped off.

Great condo!

We loved it here! We thought the location was good and the condo was clean and mostly quiet. Our son loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the ice cream parlor on the ground level. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

Our stay at Water’s Edge was great. It was a quiet part of town. The condo was right on the beach. We felt comfortable letting our teens be in the pool while we were on the beach. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. There was a small bar and a small short order grill to order food/get ice cream. The condo was clean, we had everything that we needed, and it was decorated nicely. We would def stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo. A few things that weren’t our favorite were the tight spaces in the bedrooms. The dishwasher is small and some basic kitchen supplies were missing such as baking pans (brownies) and measuring cups. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach. It was very easy to communicate with iTrip and they were willing to fix any issue that came about. Thanks for a great stay!!

Very Nice Stay!

Had a very nice stay at this unit! Lovely unit with great amenities. iTrip sent detailed check in information and they checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure all was well. Mandy from iTrip was excellent to work with! Would stay here again!

Amazing stay, amazing views!!

I could not be happier with our stay at the Waters Edge. The moment you walked in, we could smell that the place was clean. Everything was spotless. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean which I enjoyed watching the sunrise with my cup of coffee every morning. The management team is also amazing. They kept checking in making sure we were good and that we were enjoying ourselves. They have a small bar down on the Lower level for those that don't want to venture far to have a drink and the pool area is great as well. There really isn't anything I could say bad about this place. I can't wait to get back here.

Great place, but needs maintenance.

We loved the location, building, and access. The space was open, clean, great view, and nice furniture and decorations. We would stay in this building again, and only this unit of things were fixed. My biggest issue is when we checked in on Sunday, we reported some issues to the property manager. ( door to balcony was difficult to open and close, vent in master bathroom did not work, the lamp over the dining room table was missing a piece. The master room door handle feif like it would break off at any time, and the double doors to the master room and washer/dryer area would not stay shut). The manager told me she would notify maintenance. She did say Mondays were busy, but he would be there soon. He never showed!!! It was not the end of the world work these issues, but it would’ve been nice to have them fixed, especially silly after saying maintenance would be there. They were irritating problems that should’ve been repaired. The kitchen could be a little more stocked because I had to use tho he j brought from home. Overall, we would stay in this building again.

Waters Edge

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I had mentioned the balcony door not working properly but I chose not to have repair it while I was there. A few pieces of furniture are worn, dining room table and chairs. I am considering coming back next year, the facility has many pluses, location, pool on the beach, lots of places to explore close by.

Family vacation 2023

This condo was exactly what showed in the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 6, with 4 kids ranging in ages from 10-14. Right in the beach!!! I mean right on it! We got to see dolphins our last morning there (July 20th), which I was not expecting. I will say that the one elevator was tricky here and there. We were on the 12th floor! Beautiful views! Amazing vacation stay!

Nice spot

Good location with being right on the beach and lots to do in the area. Condo had space we needed for family of four. Kitchen had what we needed but wish some of the pots/pans/cooking utensils were a little nicer. The itrip staff was very efficient. They supply towels and sheets. I highly recommend you bring your own bath towels as the ones they give you you are like sandpaper. An extra kitchen towel would have been handy too. Overall, as expected based on pictures shown.

Solid trip overall

Firstly, the staff managing the rental were fantastic through the process from beginning to end. Very proactive communication and pleasant to deal with. The unit itself was clean and had plenty of room for 2 small families, with a great oceanfront view from the balcony. The only knock was completely out of the rental company's control in which the Water's Edge pool is still being rebuilt following last year's hurricane, which would have been nice to have given the unseasonably cold,wet Memorial Day weekend. Once repaired, I absolutely would consider this property again...especially to book through the iTrip team.

Very spacious

This was overall a great visit. Lots of space for family. Only issue is the building had elevator issues on our check-in day and then again the 2nd day. It was shut down for about 2hrs which makes it impossible to make other plans when u don't know about it. So that left all of us w 2 toddlers climbing 12 flights of stairs. That in itself should've been some type of compensation, extra activitiy, or just to address it from the owners. It also said it came with 2 parking passes, but only had 1, so had to deal with that once we got unpacked, and then we had to wait for someone to call about the "free activity tix"- Overall this was a great time, great view, but just wish they had a bit more things figured out. The last 2 days of our trip there were no elevator issues, so fingers crossed for future!

We usually stay in Myrtle beach but wanted to get away from the noise. We were told it’s much quieter and still close to all attractions. It was true.. our place overlooked the beach/ocean. Haha beautiful sunrise everyday. The condo was plenty big for our family. Definitely worth looking into. Only drawback was the floors need a good mopping. The rest of the condo was very clean and had everything you’d need to feel at home. I’d definitely come back again..

Amazing view

The best thing about this condo was the view from the balcony. Outdoor chairs were comfy. The beds were comfy, updated decor. Pool is nice and location is great. We were close to restaurants in Murrells Inlet. This is run by a property management company so you communicate with them, not directly with the owner. They were responsive and helpful. Note: The unit was not as clean as we would have liked. The fridge was not wiped out. The floors were sandy - needed a mopping. Crumbs inside one cabinet. The kitchen is not overly stocked. No coffee filters. Not enough plates, cups. Only two tupperware containers. The management team did bring us more on request. We also only had one blanket but at our request the management team brought us two more blankets.

Great all around, scenery, resources and much more!

A++ (stayed 5 days) - Very clean & neat. The view alone is breathtaking. Privacy at its best, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and washer/dryer was a plus (w/2 teenagers). Kitchen & refrigerator served its purpose to save $$ and make at home meals & lunch. Living room and Television (Netflix a+) on those late days made great use of. Balcony, nothing but a great view and sound throughout your day. Sunrise and *Sunsets (*right out your front door). South (Myrtle) Beach is a great family friendly location and would highly recommend to anyone looking to just focus on time with family and enjoy the scenery.

Great view

Great view and clean apt. It is little congested due to small bedrooms but it was clean and there was plenty of beds to sleep. Try to unload first on the ground elevator floor if you don’t have a spot in that floor, ow you will end up pushing the luggage up the ramp which is difficult if u r traveling wt small kids.
