Welcome to Koi Springs, a private 3-bedroom, 2-bath desert oasis in Desert Hot Springs, created for slowing down, reconnecting, and recharging.

Wake up with coffee beside the koi pond and waterfall, float in your private mineral saltwater pool, unwind in the elevated 7-jet spa, or unroll a yoga mat by the pool for a peaceful start to the day.

The pool and spa are filled with water from Desert Hot Springs' cold-water aquifer, adding a distinctive local element to your stay. Solar pool heating is included, weather permitting, and optional gas pool heating is available during cooler months for an additional fee. Spa heating is included in your stay at no additional charge.

For an added wellness experience, private massage services can be arranged in advance with an approved independent licensed massage therapist. Enjoy your private massage by the pool or spa, subject to availability and an additional fee.

As evening arrives, watch the sunset over the San Jacinto Mountains from the Koi Bar, prepare dinner on the natural gas BBQ, then gather around the fire pit for stargazing beneath the desert sky.
