Welcome to Moorings 104!
This 3-bedroom condo has a marsh view from the screened balcony. Enjoy the sunrise on the screen porch while watching the Jekyll wildlife. Take a dip in the community pool or go on a bicycle adventure on Jekyll's 24 miles of bike paths.

Cozy up in the marshview living room on the plush and modern furnishings. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV after a fun day in the sun. The dining table seats 6 guests with an additional four stools at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked, open kitchen plan makes preparing and serving your family meals easy while never being left out of the conversation.

Sunbathe and swim at the heated and cooled saltwater pool in the complex. It's a refreshing alternative to your time not spent on the beach and splashing in the ocean. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk, a short bike ride, or a drive away. Public beach access is found at Beach Village and almost every block up and down the island. Use the complex elevator to conveniently move all of your belongings in and out. Stairs to all floors are also accessible. The condo is on the 1st floor above the ground-level parking.

Wake up to marsh views in the master bedroom suite, which is furnished with a king bed, TV, and a full, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. Guest bedroom 2 acts as a second master suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps 2 guests with a queen bed and a smart TV. The final full bathroom can be accessed from the 3rd bedroom and the hallway. There is also a pullout sofa bed in the living room. A full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway laundry room. Linens and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

Guests have access to the community pool and 4 grill areas.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was good overall, but the elevator was broke during our entire stay which caused a lot of inconvenience. The condo was large and well kept and very beautiful. For added comfort, I suggest adding ottomans for those sitting on the couch.

Great Condo, Well Stocked

Great Condo, good layout, and well stocked with essentials even for an infant. There was already a Pack-N-Play and a high chair with a feeding tray that we weren't expecting (we brought our own). Close enough to the beach for the price. Good pool and restaurant in walking distance. We had a great time!

quiet, clean, spacious with some lovely thoughtful details, such as sun shades for the screened in back balcony and a well equipped kitchen. the pool was close and very nice. would stay again for sure.

Our family loved our stay at the Moorings 104. The condo has a great layout, is beautifully furnished and really comfortable. There’s a restaurant within walking distance and everything else on Jekyll is only a short drive. Highly recommend

Incredible Unit

We stayed at the Moorings for a conference held at Jekyll Island. This unit layout could not have been any more perfect. All rooms and areas are spacious and very well decorated. We will definitely be back again!

Everything was amazing!

We had an incredible time at this serene condo! The place was spotless, peaceful, and perfect for our family's getaway. The kids adored the pool and discovering the surroundings. We loved this cozy haven for exploring Jekyll Island and St. Simons. It was just minutes away from the thrilling Summer Waves water park, which was a hit with the whole family. We can't wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend this amazing place!
