Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has some of the BEST amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom two bath 10th floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

This condo is just perfect!We had a remarkable view, and clean condo. The pool was warm and well taken care of. Everything we needed in the room was available. The sound of the ocean was amazing!!

The balcony had beautiful veiws. The room however had moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker & the blender was full of mold. The bed pictured wasn't the one in the room. No headboard nor footboard allowed your pillow to fall behind the bed. Multiple elevators were down making the wait for an elevator any where from 20 to 45 mins. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable it was like setting on bricks. On arrival the room smelled so bad maintenence was sent out to trace the odor.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice but did have a few cleanliness issues. The sheets had a brown stain on the side, the poor mattress cover was extremely worn. The coffee maker was rusted or something...we were afraid to use. The toaster only worked on one side. I guess the bedding was the biggest issue. There were also dust balls on the ceiling above air conditioning. My husband opened the door and found that the filter was way overdue for a change. That's going to make a difference in the efficiency of the unit

We always love staying at the Wyndham Panama City Beach. Loved that we could get this room through VRBO and not have to deal with Wyndham. Just go straight to the room and go in.

Nice Condo with a great view. Only thing that could be improved upon is extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, and replace burnt out light bulbs. Our family had a great time. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Birthday week

The condo was dirty there were peoples belongings still in the condo. There were drunk people above us throwing their trash and drinks off the balcony. The elevators don’t work well or we’re constantly being worked on. Wouldn’t stay here again.

7 day stay for a family of 5

For two adults, a 13, 4, and 11 month old, we were all very satisfied with our condo. Gorgeous views, close to things to do, close to restaurants, the pool was great and the walk to the beach was easy! We cannot wait to stay here again. The kitchen had more dishes than we expected, so we were able to do a lot of cooking there as well!

Great place to stay

Property was exactly as presented in photos. It was clean and a great location. The only problem we had was the gate code. It was not the code for May as was sent in the email. Luckily, the people behind us gave us the code, which was the code for April. My husband said there is a bolt missing on the railing of the balcony that needs to be fixed. Overall, it was a great place and we had a great time.

Beautiful view but?

the view was wonderful but there were a couple of things that were off putting. The cleaning of the condo could have been betterThe hall bathroom shower curtain liner was filthy at the bottom a good washing with bleach would have fixed it right up also I he coffee table on the bottom had an inch of dust on it. Also while in the condo one morning maintenance come to spay for bugs there were 2 men that came in together and one of them were taking pictures of the condo this bothered me. Not sure why but it did. Aside from those things everything else was fine.

Great condo in a great location!

We had a fantastic vacation. The condo was clean, the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The view was perfect! No long waits for elevators!
