White Sands Village#206 is a spectacular addition to Knutson & Associates Vacation Rental Inventory.
Welcome to the best location you can rent that's this close to the only major white sands beach in Kona! This premium unit is located on the 2nd floor & faces towards the Pool & Views of the Ocean & Magic Sands Beach! Walking Distance to beach right across the street.
This amazing unit has a massive lanai with incredible views.

Unit#206 has 1010 interior square feet with a 200 square foot lanai! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building.

This unit has NO STAIRS. Very close to the elevator for easy access! Most units here have a few steps in between the elevator bank and the unit, but not this one! PERFECT option for those who have mobility challenges!

This incredible unit features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twins in the 2nd Guest bedroom. Full Sized Pullout to sleep 2 more people in the Living Room!

Excellent choice for 6 people! Other notable features

White Sands Village is Kona's Premier Vacation Rental destination with ocean and mountain views. It's located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details**

wonderful stay

The condo was clean and beautiful. The management company is Knutson and they were great, immediate and easy communication. I highly recommend this condo and I would stay here again.

Scuba dive trip for hubby and couples trip

We had a great time at the White Sands. Our hosts were great and the condo was perfect. We were able to sit out on the lanai all day long even when the sun was directly across from our condo. We would definitely stay again.

Good location next to beach

My family and I loved the location because it was right across from magic sand beach! My only complaint is the late check in time. Overall the unit is nice and great size for a condo.

Myself and my family were in awe from the moment we walked inside. It is stocked with everything you could think of and probably a little extra! From kitchen ware to beach accessories, they had it all. The place is spotless, with not one bug in sight for our entire stay. If you know living in a tropical environment, there are always some friends around ;) I will return to stay at the white sands village again!

Nice pool and hot tub along with a very large covered barbecue area with several grills, sinks and tables. There is a pool table as well. The beach is right across the street and is beautiful with clear blue water and sea turtles. Love the accommodations and will be going back again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation in this condo. It is clean, well maintained and in a fantastic location across from Magic Sands beach. Much of this condo is renovated ie.new paint, flooring, lighting, some new kitchen appliances and new furniture.There is everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and floating aids.The salt water pool and hot tub are fabulous.The condo is centrally located within an easy walk to beaches perfect for swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, sunbathing and sunset watching. We really had an excellent vacation in paradise.My only suggestion is for more than just a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels be provided.Otherwise, the supplies were plentiful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.
