家には3つのベッドルームと2つのフルバスがあり、マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド、薄型テレビ、石と花崗岩の美しい専用バスがあります。 他の2つのベッドルームは石と花崗岩でも美しく更新されているフルホールバスを共有しています。 ツインベッド2台とクイーンベッド1台があり、すべてのリネンは新しく、すべてのベッドルームにテレビが付いています。

What a great place! So happy we found this gem so close to all the cute shopping and restaurants in Hilton Head by Coligny. We didn't get to experience the beach due to rip tide warnings, but we would definitely go back!

Great Stay!

The home was clean, welcoming and well equipped with necessities. The pool was well kept and warm! Great location (close to the beach) and no problems with neighbors. Would absolutely stay again!

Great little home for beach getaway

The home was very updated and clean. The property management company was very responsive and ensured you were taken care of. The backyard is the real highlight of the home-it’s a great setup that is great for families with small kiddos or pups. I will certainly return to this property our next trip to HHI.

4th of July week

It was our first stay in Hilton Head and the house was perfect for our family of four and our dog (keeping the dog with us was a huge plus!). The closeness to the beach and shopping and dining while still being private was great. The house was well stocked with all needs met. Wouldn’t be surprised if we rented here again.

Merveilleux séjour!

Nous avons totalement adoré notre séjour dans cette maison à Hilton Head! L’endroit est vraiment très bien situé, la maison est accueillante et excessivement bien équipée! La petite marche pour se rendre à la plage et aux restos est super agréable. Nous y retournerons, c’est certain!

Wonderful vacation

This was a new location in Hilton Head for our family and it was wonderful. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch was so nice to sit and read a book. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed bike rides down the street to go shopping or go get ice cream. There are great restaurants within a short distance to the house. There is a wonderful new park we would bike to with the kids. The beach is a short easy walk down the street. We saw dolphins and the weather was perfect. I would recommend paying to have the pool heated in October. Such a special place. We love Hilton Head.

Amazing!

We stayed at here over the Christmas holidays. The house was spotless and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, and Beach Properties even provided towels. We throughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great Vacation!!

We had a great week in Hilton Head. This house was everything that we wanted. We brought our dog and the fenced yard was a fantastic benefit. The pool is amazing and so relaxing to sit around at any time of the day. We loved the screened in porch- perfect to work our traditional beach jigsaw puzzle!! The kitchen has been updated and very well stocked including a kerig- thank you!!! The bedrooms are nice and comfy and plenty of towels!! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and closeness to the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head this is a great house!!!!

Outstanding value

Close to beach and shops. House was clean and modern and pool was perfect size for us. Street was not busy and is a block from bike paths. If I had to say something negative it would be that the neighbors have a direct view of the pool. Will definitely stay again.

Great home, beautiful pool, close to beach.

We had a great time at this home. It is clean with beautiful décor inside. The screen porch in the back and the pool was perfect for sitting out at night and relaxing after the beach. The management company was quick to respond to any inquiry we had. We would definitely rent here again.

Great little beach cottage

We absolutely loved this beach cottage. Beautiful backyard and screened in porch. Great location. Decorated nicely with a well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms are smaller but have everything you need. We loved that it was pet friendly too! We will definitely choose this location again when visiting Hilton Head.

Comfortable home close to the beach but still quiet and private.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Home was just as pictured on website - clean and very comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Fenced in yard was great for the dog. Pool area was beautifully landscaped. Management company very accommodating. Overall, just a great vacation home!!

Loved it!!

Loved the house, the pool, the proximity to the beach and Coligny Center. The area around the pool is not grass which was not convenient for the dogs but overall the place was great.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house is a great location - short walk to beach and shops/restaurants. Fabulous pool and comfy home. Kitchen perfect for cooking meals in and the porch provided the relaxation we needed. Clean and our family could not have been happier! We will be back!!!

We miss this gem already!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, and it was wonderful--and a big part of it was this amazing home. The decorations/finishes made us feel right at home--very comfortable and cozy! The fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs, and we spent a great deal of time out on the screened in porch--reading or snoozing. Just so perfect!! The pool was ideal for the 5 of us--the kids loved the waterfall, and the adults loved lounging on the platform steps in the shallow. Also, the walk to the beach is only .28 of a mile--nothing!! We also loved that the beach by this house was not congested and perfect to ride our bikes or go for a run. I just can't say enough about this home--thank you thank you!,.

We will be back!

Having used VRBO for most vacations over the past few years I can honestly say this was the best yet! The house is beautiful and the pool far exceeded out expectations. Could do with some additional flooring and better cushions of the sofa in the conservatory but overall outstanding and we plan on booking it again next year. Ladies at Palmetto Sands were great and really know how to look after their guests. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you!
