Amazing Vacation!!

We are so thankful to Bill for his quick responses whenever we had a question or concern. He was fabulous to deal with. The condo is exactly like the photos. Although it would have been wonderful to have an ocean view, we were within walking distance to everything…including the beach! I have also never stayed at a condo that was so well stocked! We spent 2 weeks here and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

Central location. The place was fine; comfortable and clean. There are water toys and things to use. Good value for the money. Just dont try to check in even 1 minute early. The key code is set to open on the dot at 4pm. We arrived 20 minutes early, but the door did not work until exactly 4pm.

Great location

This condo is in a well maintained complex with lots of local shrubs and trees. Our lanai on the third floor was surrounded by palm trees and flowering shrubs. You could even catch a glimpse of the ocean. The location is walking distance to everything you want. Historic Kona town, grocery stores and more. The assigned parking spot was very helpful. The condo itself was overall clean, but could use some tlc. The couch sagged pretty bad and it was hard to get comfortable. Some areas would have benefitted from some more cleaning. Rosario and her daughter were wonderful and responded quickly when we needed more supplies. And Bill was very accomodating with any requests.Thank you Bill for sharing your space with us.
