This luxury 7th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations with an office on site.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings and dining inside or outside. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 1 Queen in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with a television.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING doorbell camera.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lovely place to relax!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited in mid September and the weather was beautiful. The water was a perfect temperature: warm enough to swim, but not too hot. There were 3 great restaurants within walking distance. All three had excellent food, live music and no wait for a table!

Everything was great and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue was with a faulty door lock but this was resolved promptly by property management.

The entire trip went smoothly and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus some!! The only suggestion I have is a laundry basket for the laundry room. We will definitely stay here again!! The beach and condo were great!!

We had complimentary chairs on the beach, great beach style furniture, new houseware and cookware, which we appreciated, and it was furnished perfectly for our need for the week. A couple of minor things missing that would have made our stay beyone 5 stars: Amazon Firestick available for all TVs, wooden utensils, a tea kettle, and a cutting board

Our accommodations in 7A in Beach Colony East were perfect for our needs. We had a fantastic view of the Gulf, and, while the weather didn't cooperate 100% of the time, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Family Gathering and reunion. Having only one elevator operational for the first few days was a minor inconvenience.

It had a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The management was very attentive and responsive to any needs we had.
