Overall very clean and well maintained. Location was perfect! Right across the street from my conference. Only feedback I have is the master bedroom needs a blackout curtain as the hallway light shines very bright even through the night shade.

While the condo was organized and clean there were a number of issues along with updates that would make it nicer. First in the bathroom the counter was painted, shower valve hard to pull out to operate and sink drain stoppers not working. The light to illuminate the walkways outside the bedroom window is so bright it felt like daytime when trying to sleep. Black out drapes a must. The TV had visible lines in screen and showed in picture when on. Sliding doors look original and let noise in as well as screen not operating properly. The refrigerator was very noisy while operating. In need of larger frying pans to cook with.

Just fine. Good location

Property was as advertised. Some of the furniture was a little uncomfortable (I have a bad back). Location to the Marriott and their bars and shops was convenient.

Steps from the beach

My stay was great! Condo is comfortable and location is perfect ( JW Marriott restaurants on the beach are fun, fun, fun) - you are steps away across the road, right in the middle of Marco beach. I loved having a heated pool with nice seating area and tennis court. Will be back for sure !

Cheap and cheerful

This property is spaciois and well located. Its a bit dated but priced correctly for that. The lights on outside in the building stay on all night so make sure you bring an eye mask.

Great location

I stayed here as an alternative to a pricier hotel for a conference. The place is nice, however, after my first cold shower, I figured out that someone had not turned the hot water heater on (I understand why it’s off), but would be worth mentioning in the check out day information. Also, the bedroom does not have black out blinds, only light filtering cellular shades. That window faces the hallway which has a light on at night, so if you need darkness for sleeping, bring an eye mask.

This was right across the street from the beach, so the walk over was really quick. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to restaurants, which was okay except when it poured for two hours when we wanted to walk to the restaurant. Also the nearest grocery store was really not a walkable distance. The property was older but tidy and everything worked fine. The pool was really heated, so on a rainy day when it was too windy and chilly for the beach, we enjoyed swimming in the warm pool. My only issues were that we arrived at night and our driver pulled around to the front of the property, and it was completely unclear where to enter to get to the condo (the first floor on the front side are offices); someone called down to us from a balcony and told us to use the gate on the side. If this had just been part of the check-in directions, that would have saved us confusion. Also the shades are not thick enough as there are many outside lights that light up the bedroom, so bring your sleep mask if you like a darkened bedroom.

Our stay was fine. The condo was clean could use some updating possibly some new beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon as well. Overall, I would give it an average day.

The bedroom is very bright at night which could easily be improved by using blackout blinds instead. The wind howled through the window in the bedroom and in the sliding glass door where they don’t seal properly. New windows would be a good idea. The beach equipment was very poor. One of the chairs is dangerous and should be thrown in the trash. It’s about to break and is so cheap it really shouldn’t be there at all. The cart while newer is not designed for the sand so was extremely difficult to get to the beach. All of these things take away from a nice beach experience and really are not acceptable. They would not be terribly expensive and would really improve a guests experience. We have stayed in several other units in this building and a comparable building down the road and this was by far the least desirable of any of them. Also the practice of not providing sufficient basic supplies such as toilet paper is just so petty. We ran out the night before leaving and didn’t at all use excessive amounts considering we were gone most of each day. Just not a great way to treat guests.

Good access to the beach

I liked the property location and the size of the condo, however, not a towel under 10 years old to be found. I did feel it was old and a bit rickety, especially the bathroom. The refrigerator was very loud. I was not happy with the tiny sand ants that were in the cabinets but I guess it's par for the course when that close to the beach. I do not think I will rebook this complex, too old. However, I look forward to my next trip to Marco Island.
