Welcome to our beautiful home in the heart of Lake Leelanau! Newly built in 2024, our home sits less than a mile away from lake access to Lake Leelanau. Only 3 miles from town, and equal distance between Fishtown and Suttons Bay. You are central to all the best things that Northern Michigan has to offer!

When you rent with us, you have access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owners closet and the entire garage.

Beautiful getaway location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, bright, and beautiful. We had everything we needed and the location is perfect with plenty of things to do and see nearby. This is the perfect place for a family or couple getaway

Wonderful!

Very nice place to stay. Had everything we needed and everything was conveniently close by. We loved that we were so close to our favorite Beach Good Harbor, amazing sunsets!

Lake Leelanau stay

Our family of four had a fabulous time in this house! Very clean and the owners were very prompt with communication. They gave us great recommendations on what to do as it was our first time in the area.

Great location and property

Their home is clean beautiful and has fantastic amenities. The house was easily able to accommodate our multigenerational family members. Owners were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Private and pretty location

Excellent communication with the owner! Clean and bright, well equipped house, lots of privacy. It’s a great location for getting to all parts of the Leelanau peninsula. WiFi connection was excellent. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked new and clean.

Cozy Open Concept Retreat

Shanan and Dominic are amazing host! They ensured I had everything I needed for my two small children from a high chair to plastic dishes. The attention to detail for my littles was amazing!! We also had all the amenities we needed throughout the home. The decor was beautiful. It was peaceful, but conveniently located close to Lake Leelanau and Sutton Bay if we wanted to grab a bite. We have always loved traveling in and around Traverse City, thank you for allowing us to briefly call your place home!

Hello! We are Dominic and Shanan. Born and raised in Michigan, Dominic runs his own business, and I am an Ob/Gyn Nurse. We have always loved coming to Lake Leelanau and had dreams of building a home here. In 2021, we found this lot and knew this was it. We finished building early 2024. Our goal is to retire here but until then, we hope others can enjoy the home and the area we love so much.
