Here you will be able to access the unit's spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sunset after a relaxing day at the beach. The gulf front master bedroom features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, and its own access to the private balcony. The second bedroom also has a King bed and its own ensuite bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hall. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. The living room sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, allowing this unit to comfortably sleeps 6. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.

Important Notes:
- Ocean Reef is currently working on modernizing all 3 of their elevators and will be working on 1 at a time. They are scheduled to begin this project on May 26, 2026. Each elevator is estimated to take 3-4 months to complete and will not be operating during that time. Dates and schedule are subject to change.
- Your booking includes two parking passes and 6 wristbands. There is 1 dedicated parking space assigned to this unit, located on the 2nd floor of the garage. Other spaces on the 5th floor of the garage or across the street are available on a first come, first serve basis. If a parking pass or wristband is lost, a replacement can be purchased from Security for $20. Only 2 vehicles allowed per stay.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels, chairs, & equipment are not provided. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.)
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
