The bed was super comfortable, and the master bath was large and pretty. The kitchen was well-equipped with good cooking pans. The grills and free laundry were very convenient. You could not ask for a better location to walk to the beach. It was less than three minutes away. The beach is so beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo!Sincerely,Hannah B

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was fantastic and well stocked with needed items. Office staff were helpful in answering questions. The grounds were beautiful in spite of the continuing recovery from Ian. We have stayed in this property on two other occasions and continue to return as the experience is wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Sanibel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was great to get back to Sanibel Moorings after hurricane Ian! Unfortunately recovery is going very slowly (both on Island and on Resort. Staff was very helpful in fixing the many issues that we had during our stay. Hope return to condo resort continues to its previous paridise condition.

This was a very clean property and nicely furnished. About 200 steps to the beach on one side, and about 50 steps to the docks on the other. Really nice gardens throughout the property -- and the beach is awesome.

Good, but could have used a couple hours additional time at check out

They gave us a couple extra hours at check in. We told them we had a 7 PM departure from RSW, with 2 kids. They could not accommodate a 2 hour delay We saw housekeeper start cleaning 3 hours later. Thanks!!

Great condo and perfect location!

3 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the canal side pool. We loved staying on the canal side for sunsets! Clean apartment and friendly staff— especially Rosy! Highly recommend!

Very clean and tidy place.

Only issue I had was a little bit disappointed with no view of canal and docks as stated there was in the ad.next time would definitely be on the beach side of the road overall tho it was a great place and had a fantastic time while there.ty
