The main area features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen features durable quartz counters, a built-in dishwasher and is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, serving ware and coffee. The living room has a large cozy sectional. The dining area overlooks the marsh and palm trees.

Down the hall you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king bed and day bed with a full bathroom and walk in closet attached. The second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private bathroom.

The private balcony overlooks the marshlands where you can watch the sunset every night. A washer and dryer is in our unit.

Covered parking for two spaces is right below our unit. Also is a locked storage unit with two bikes, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and tent.
