Great setting at a great price

This was a perfectly sized condo for our family of 5. We were a very short walk from the beach, ice cream shop, and a bakery with amazing coffee, scones, and cinnamon rolls. From this spot we were able to make it to great restaurants and shopping in Destin, Santa Rosa, Grayton Beach, and even Seaside without much time in the car.

We had some issues, The property management company was great and got people out there the same day we asked. The issues we experienced were with the AC, issues with the downstairs toilet and then the vent in the upstairs bathroom condensate from the AC and the ceiling is wet and moldy from it. Also, the bathroom rugs were very dirty so we just put them away so that we didn't have to look at them. If all you are doing is sleeping there it is a great property. It is an investors quick flip to get it ready to do short term rentals. The tile is really pretty that they put in the bathrooms and it looks great in pictures but it is all done very half-hazardly and you get what you pay for. The stay is not very expensive so that is great but we would not stay at this property again. There were options in the same price range that are in better overall condition. Again, the Management company was great and very responsive but we were not impressed with the property after staying there.

Great property. Great communication. Great location. Very clean. We would stay here again. FYI I hope the public vs chair rental company beach access situation gets looked at. We have been to 30A 4 times and the public access area keeps shrinking. This is not the property owners fault. It was doable this time and I hope it doesnt get any worse. We love 30A. It is beautiful with the clear water and white sand beaches. It is a very walkable/bikeable area.

It was Very clean and quiet. It was very easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants/shops. The property management team was very friendly helpful and responsive.
