Fabulous location and view! Nice to have elevator and ample easy parking underneath unit. Getting the linen service was best idea. I appreciate all the owner has done to make the place nice. The amount of glasses, plates and kitchen items is wonderful (but very short on spoons.)

This condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the kids to play and debating for everyone. The kitchen was a little crowded during meal prep but we made it work. We loved the amount of beach there was I front of the condo. Overall it was a great condo and we will be back next year.

The best ammenities were the A/C, pool, rinse stations and pool table. It was conveniently located to Highway 17 for shopping and restaurants. The condo was roomy and had most of what we needed for the week.

Not the vacation that we had hoped for

The property was dirty and in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Bathroom sink was left filled with water because the it was broken. Garage and clothing was left under multiple beds. Lamps and plants had layers of dust. Shower tracks had mold. Bathroom vent was broken. Decaying soap was left in one shower, hair was left in another shower. No hand towels or kitchen towels were provided. We were told that there were four parking spaces, there were not, only three. The elevator was out of service so carrying luggage, beach needs and groceries up four flights of stairs was hell in the heat and humidity. Closest beach access was closed because it needed repair. If you can overlook all of these things, the view and the balconies, which the lights don’t work, are very nice.

Good Family Vacation Spot

For our family of 10 adults, 3 children, and 2 infants, this condo was a pretty good fit for everyone. King size beds in all rooms were great, but made for little space to set up pack and plays for the babies. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of plates, cups, and silverware. There are two drip coffee makers and one Keurig, a small crockpot and a med/large one, blender, four-slice toaster, several large stockpots, baking sheets, muffin pans, etc. Two refrigerators were great. We loved the huge table that sat 14. The balcony was very nice with seating for about 7 people at a time. The game room upstairs did not get used as often as I had expected. The acoustics in the room made the billiards and video games pretty loud with napping babies. There is a closet up there filled with board games. We really appreciated the parking underneath the units, as it made it easy to store our beach gear in the car and just grab it on the way out each day. The pool was a nice break from the sand. Some suggestions for improvement: cleanliness (or a lack thereof) was a pretty big issue. Moldy shower liners, questionable stains on the mattress covers, clean sheets and towels with stains on them, actual trash (snack wrappers, bottle caps, tissues) under and behind furniture, a rusty shower rod that stained a bathing suit thrown across it. A comforter literally disintegrating on the underside. Updating old items and a thorough cleaning would make this a perfect place!

Just as described

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for is and extended family. The game room was a great addition. Easy access to the beach and it wasn't in an incredibly busy part of the beach. Easy access to plenty of shopping and activities.

Relaxing

The property was fine. Needs updating and maintenance. Dryer vent clogged. Fixed ourselves. Towel racks broken. Accommodated a large family. Had kids with us. Pool and hot tub seemed clean. Need more chairs.

Family Vacation

Great property. Close to night life. The condo had plenty of room for the whole family. The game room was awesome. When in the room that's where everyone was. The only issue we had was the condo wasn't very clean. But it was right after a hurricane hit. So we are chalking it up to so much going on. And we have never stayed anywhere that we had to make our own beds. That's why I go on vacation so I don't have to do that. But other than that it was great. Oh and the kitchen was well stocked with all the stuff you need to cook with.

Family time!

Overall we enjoyed the property and the amazing ocean view. Nice pool and jacuzzi area! There is a nice game room and six bedrooms so room for family! . Be wary of the parking it is extremely limited. Great memories from Myrtle Beach 2022!

Size of villa was great for our group of 20. It needs to be cleanesofas in living room need updated.

We had a great week with our family. The check in was not what we expected due to our place not getting cleaned until after 7, which put us getting into the villa until 8pm. The place needs a good cleaning but we didn’t let that ruin our vacation. Size was perfect and worked well with our group of 20.

Family Vacation

Great place for a family. We all loved the video games, the decks with the ocean view, hot tub & walking on the beach. The large table was great for the 10 of us for NYE & NY day dinners. The projector & screen was fun for movies & games. There were enough bathrooms, rooms for everyone to have their own space. A great time was had by all.

Phenomenal house with phenomenal amenities

This property truly has everything you could ever ask for and more! Amazing for multiple families to stay if need be or groups of friends/golfers etc. Game room is awesome bar touch game was awesome ample space and privacy between the two floors so you were never on top of each other. Really couldn’t say anything bad about this place!

Spacious for adults, fun for kids

Loved the game room, large projection TV and amazingly long table so we could all eat together! The city offered a rental service to set up chairs and umbrellas outside the unit daily. Beautiful view oceanfront!

We got to the check in office about an hour prior to checking time. Wasn’t sure we could check in yet, so wanted to ask. They checked us in, which led me to believe the room was ready. We got to the room and found it in total disarray. Every mattress and box spring was pulled off the beds and standing against the walls. The cloth cover that is normally on the bottom of the box springs had been ripped off and left in the floor. All the dirt lining was in the floor of each room. Both sleeper sofas in the sitting area had the beds pulled out over each other and the cushions were in the floor. There was a broken table and a broken decoration in the floor as well. We have never seen what they do when they clean rooms, so we thought that because of the COVID-19 maybe they were doing some type of deep clean. Although there was no one there, we left to run errands so whom ever had done that to the room might finish what they were doing. We returned about 2 and a half hours later and found the room in the same condition, nothing had been touched. I called the number I had on my reservation and talked with a young lady on the phone. She was nice and polite, but her attitude seemed to say I really done care about your issue. Even to the point of telling me we could put all the stuff back in place if we wanted to. I told her we were not moving anything. She said that she would have someone right over to check on the issue. After about 20 min or so, my wife and I drove back the the office where we checked in. I talked with another young lady, I think her name may have been Lexi. I started to explain what we had found and showed the pictures I had taken. Again she was nice and polite, but her attitude told me she really did care about the issues. I asked if there was another place they could send us that is comparable to what we rented. I was told that nothing was available and if I got an upgrade, I would have to pay more money. I told her that I would not pay any more money because this is not my fault. She tried to argue that the owners have to their money. I told her that my contract was with Elliott and not with the owner. They would have to worry about the owner. There is a lot more to this story. If you can give me an email address, I can finish and send pictures.
