The Wolff St. Den: 3bed 1 bath home in quiet neighborhood.
Enjoy home away from home! Close to downtown, easy access to get to the mountains, Red Rocks, and all the Denver attractions. The unit is split upstairs and downstairs. As is Denver law, the basement unit is the owner's primary residence. The upstairs unit is completely private and the only shared space is the double wide driveway.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to everything. fenced yard for pets! Downtown Denver is 15 minutes east and Red Rocks is 15 mins West. Easy access to 6th Ave and hwy. 285 and only 75 mins to Winter Park or Silverthorne. The grocery store and neighborhood restaurants are just blocks away. Relax outside under the covered patio or outdoor pergola.
Conveniently located for our visit to friends in central Denver. Close to parks and the Platte River trail for walks. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, great private outdoor space and yard for the dog.

I primarily chose this area to be close to accessing multiple main avenues within the city. 6th Ave out to I70 makes for quick access to the mountains. Driving 285 brings you to Red Rocks in 15 mins. Easy access to shopping and convenient access to multiple hospitals as a healthcare worker myself is important.
