The townhouse was very spacious and there was so many shops near by . The neighborhood is very beautiful. I loved going for walks and enjoyed the views. It’s a family friendly location. The host was quick to respond back to me with any questions that I may have had . I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The location was also very safe. The host responded quickly to any questions. My son was staying there while on an internship.

After alot of thought I decided to write this, because i booked this COZY community based on the reviews and pics, COZY i have learned means dirty and unkept. From the moment I walked in i had problems, the place was filthy, it had mold on the shower curtains and inside shower liners, black mold (mold that had been there for a long time) it was infested with gnats and large black flies, I text the host which got right back to me, and blood on bottom sheet of the bed (dried from the past) I told him to please check his cleaning company, as they did not seem to do a good job, he informed me he manages the place from CA. He had them buy some new sheets and sent someone over to change them, i bought vevo lights and raid fly spray for the others, he reimbursed me, but that takes time to kill an infestation. I ended up going out of town for a week and renting another VRBO near my horse, just because the place creeped me out with the dirt and the bugs, they were flying all over me, i was swatting them while eating and the black fly went into my straw in my drink which i realized when i sipped it into my mouth. Come on now. I was supposed to be in Chattanooga for a month (the longest trip i get to take due to having a sick mom in AZ where I live) the whole place (and i told him) needs to be stripped and sterelized and all new furniture (yes the furniture is like bad thrift store stuff). The only good thing about the property is the location.

Michael we are very sorry to see you were unhappy with your stay at this property. It was clear that the cleanIng company that we hired that day was not the cleaners that we normally use ane received 5 stars from other guears. We had our cleaners come back the minuet you made us aware they cleaned the entire property for you and brought all brand new sheets which you said uou were happy with. The bugs In the summer time unfortunately we have little control over, we did however pay for the pest control to come out and spray the entire property. In the summer time in Chattanooga this is very common. As far as the furniture not being the quality you would lIke, this is at the dIscretion of the owner to upgrade if It requires. As we mentioned we only manage this property for the owner ane there is only so much we had control of. If the owner decides they do not wish to make upgrades and the property does not meet the levels and standarda we offer to our clients we will not continue representing them. In this case we are very sorry the levels did nit live up to those standards and did our best to rectify the issues individually. We have decided to discontinue representing this client due to the owners unwillingness to replace the furniture, but the overall cleanliness we feel based on all videos and pictures sent to us after the second visit were of good and clean standard. Our cleaning team clean 14 rentale such as this and some as mentioned are newer and more updated, some downtown locations in older buildings such as this one you may wish to avoid in the future ans just stick with more modern newer builds, everyone has their own comfort level and we try our best to accomodate every guest.
