We booked the condo for family traveling from France for our son’s wedding and this beautiful place was exactly what we were looking for. Great st up with clean well maintained heated pool and hot tub! The condo is spacious, well decorated, comfortable with amazing sunset views from the balcony !Thank you John, the place is truly impressive and made my family create a wonderful memory of Imperial Beach! We’ll see you again !

Great locationand great price. John was responsive and excellent to work with. Loved the beach access and outdoor shower to clean off. Warm pool and stocked kitchen were highlights. Recommend.

John was a great host. I wished it would have been listed that the beach had been closed for a whole year. You could walk the beach but not get in the water. The view from the living room was amazing.

It was a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The host was awesome. The room was really clean and had everything you needed. Lots of towels and anything else you needed to make your stay more enjoyable. We also loved the fresh fruit that was on the table waiting for us when we got there. Loved our trip at Imperial Beach!

Beautiful property, great location, awesome landlord.Property has everything you need for a fun stay at the beach. Host was very welcoming, great communication and provided the little extras one may forget, such as laundry detergent and paper towels, beach towels and a bucket to collect shells.

Beautiful, large condo equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen and elsewhere. What a gift to arise to a breathtaking ocean view every morning after a restful sleep. We enjoyed the quiet local culture that provided us with such a vast variety of places to eat. The pool and hot tub were perfect, just steps from the clean beach. Hope to be back one day soon! John the host was very nice and his Condo is fabulous! Super clean, fresh fruit basket was a great idea. He had water bottles in the fridge, coffee, and everything we needed! Such a beautiful view of the ocean! We can’t wait until next year !!!! I didn’t want to leave…

It is a nice space for a family of five. The codo is clean and right on the beach by a nice park. It's an easy walk to many restaurants and the pier. The town is friendly and has a very comfortable feeling.
