この広々としたエビアンの別荘はアクションの真ん中にあります。ヒルトンヘッドへの次の旅行に最適なロケーションです！ エビアンは、独自の池、コミュニティプール、コミュニティテニスコートを備えた美しい個人のコミュニティです。 更新されたヴィラには、レザーリラクサー、エンターテイメントセンター、フラットスクリーンテレビとともに、美しい断面のソファがあります。 ダイニングルームは4席ありますが、屋外には別の椅子を使用して6席の部屋があります。 キッチンは、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の家電製品、タイル張りのバックスラッシュで美しく改装されました。

Beautifully Appointed Evian twnhouse

One of the nicest Evian properties. Golf course view. Walking distance to the beach. This villa has been remodeled. Would Definitely rent this villa again.

Nice getaway

The best part of the condo is the location. Being right on the golf course was really neat. My husband and I played several rounds of golf and the course was beautiful! The condo itself was much bigger than expected, several nice amenities, the washer and dryer was great! Shower in master bedroom is wonderful! We also loved the wooden shutters on the windows inside! I highly recommend this property!!

The unit was very nice. In retrospect I don’t think I’d stay in a dog friendly unit again as we could smell an “animal” scent. The unit needs better pillows and was decor was quite dark We do love the Evian area though

Plenty of room, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and bikes included was a plus. However, the bikes need some maintenance. But, overall a great experience. Clean and fine

Not the greatest first impression. Decor is 90's era. But bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. All the basics are good. We needed pet-friendly in Evian, so this sufficed. Ice maker and water-dispenser on fridge did not work, but easy to work around. Comfortable bed. Fridge worked well.

Fix leak from ceiling AC vent in second bedroom. Rug was wet from that leak when we arrived and smells terrible. I apologize for not calling maintenance on this. I was ill and we left early. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Overall a great unit and I will remember it for my next trip to HHI.

Great location; family and pet friendly. need a new cleaning company...

Family of four 1/2 - this was our second year in HH,SC. The description and photos are 100% accurate. Things we loved: location was great - close to beach, shopping areas, restaurants; gated community; pool was a great size; great for morning family bike rides on the property. We brought our cappuccino maker but the rental also had all of the relevant kitchen and other electronic items in good working condition. Wifi also worked well for all of our devices. Communication with management company was excellent - had one small issue when we arrived with the parking pass, but it was resolved expeditiously. The one common theme across reviews that i noticed was the comments about the cleanliness. I highly recommend that the management company hire a different cleaning company. The surface cleaning was fine but after we settled in, we started noticing that places, like under the furniture, wasn't cleaned properly. Otherwise, would stay again and would recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From minute you walk in you are overwhelmed by the cigarette smell( non smoking villa????) very disappointed. Booking through VBRO and you have to pay a cleaning fee and a VRBO fee but the place Is NOT clean! For the price one should have to do nothing but enjoy their vacation,not clean it first. The front glass door, floors,sheets,furniture,kitchen appliances everything was dirty. The sink was stopped up in master bath, air conditioner vent in 2nd bathroom leaked from ceiling, glass door wouldn't lock on front door.Was very dissatisfied this year with this villa.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the unit was not clean. There was dog hair everywhere on the floor as well as the furniture. There was fresh damage behind the chair in the master bedroom (drywall dust still on the floor) and the TV was broken (although still watchable). Management was called about these issues and said the cleaning company would be there in 30-45 minutes. After over 2 hours of waiting, we found a sweeper and cleaned the entire unit ourselves. Cleaning company never showed. We, however were very pleased with the location, the included 4 bikes as well as the included pool chairs. The decorating/furniture is dated but not a big deal.

Wonderful accommodations for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Hilton Head many times, most of them in Shipyard. However, this was our first time in Evian and we found it to be a perfect location, centrally located between the beach and two entrances for quick access to both Pope and Wilton H Hilton Pkwy. The pullout in the second bedroom was perfect so our three teenage kids could have enough room, and all of the amenities were awesome. The unit was clean, well stocked, and reasonably updated.We only observed a few very minor issues, and did not report them but want to include now as to let the management know. There is a slight smell in the unit, and we bought an air freshener to replace one that had run out. It couldn’t totally mask the odor but it wasn’t an issue for us. The Black and Decker blender should probably be tossed, it is missing a cap on the lid and only worked for a few seconds. Luckily there was a second one there. Also, the toaster is missing the crumb tray. Lastly, the screen from the master bedroom window blew out during a storm and landed on the awning.We would definitely stay there again!
